Gibson Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing a radiant and base board boiler system. They designed a system to deal with the different temperature requirements for the radiant and base board heating, which includes multiple circulators, mixing valve and hydro separator. The installation went very smoothly, the entire team was very professional and Cary was very thorough in the explanations of the new system. I would highly recommend them.

Gibson just completed installation of a new efficient boiler for our radiant heating system. Zach and team arrived on time each day, cleaned up as they went and completed the job on time. We were so happy, we had them switch out thermostats, add a new toilet replacement and will have them back next spring to check our AC unit too! Very happy with their quick and courteous service

Had water heater replaced about a year ago or more. Excellent service very professional. Just recently Pipe for sprinklers had been leaking for awhile, finally called Gibson Plumbing to come out to fix it. Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Replaced it with new one and no more leaking. Highly recommend them and will use them again when needed in our 20 year old house.

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater. They were immediately responsive, and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out. Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone. They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Gibson was great. I have a "unique" Geo-Thermal / Water Furnace in my Truckee home. Few firms have the expertise and equipment necessary to service these highly efficient systems. Gibson scheduled within 2 days and performed a complete inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of the Water Furnace. Very pleasant to work with, and definitely knows his stuff. I called several companies around me in California then decided to call Gibson Plumbing. Michelle told me that they are licensed to service California. I talked to Cary who had me take pictures of my old A/C and heater unit. He gave me options then set a date to come out here. He showed up with 3 other of his employees and had everything finished before any of the other companies would even look at it. The job is clean, it worked the first time. I am very happy with their work and I recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Gibson Plumbing was involved in two of our bathroom remodels, so when we had a issue with our water main we called Gibson Plumbing. From our initial call with Michelle to Cary's speedy survey of our issue and plan to solve our problem, we were very pleased. Daryl and Sal arrived as scheduled and worked in less than ideal conditions between a tree and brick wall! Cary returned review the job with us. We are very pleased with this company. I had Gibson Plumbing & Mechanical come out to fix my AC. They told me originally a nozzle needed replaced and system charged. After completing work they said the compressor was not working. They told me that my system was phased out and I needed to upgrade to a new system to include a coil change. They charged me $250 for them coming out. They then quoted me $4250.00 to fix the AC correctly. I contacted a different company, who got on phone immediately order a new compressed in the system that was suppose to be phased out. The new company is charging be $2600 to get my AC back on. Way to take

Used Cary's company to replace all 3 toilets in our house, as well as all of the inside plumbing lines.
Let me start by saying the price was fair and the plumber they sent, "Ken", was on time. He did a great job, was personable and answered all of my questions...including some dumb ones, I'm sure!
