At Carpetmasters Of Eugene we take the extra effort and do extra dry passes to pick up any excess moisture. Once we are done with a room or an area we place an air mover (fan) to give the drying process a big head start. However, after we leave we recommend that you turn a fan on, such as a ceiling fan and keep the AC (summer) or heat (winter) on.
Corner guards and floor protectors ( to help protect your home from scuffs from hoses and equipment). Sometimes you just want the basic package, but the dining room you want the carpet protector. Not to fret, we have you covered. This is due to drive times to jobs, overhead, labor, products, maintenance, fuel, and general wear and tear.
Liquid spills such as coffee or animal accidents are notorious for wicking back up from the padding and resurfacing. This process pulls the spill / urine from the padding and gets treated to help prevent wicking back up. If the spot comes back within 15 days of service we will come back and redo those spots at NO CHARGE.
