Our carpets have been needing to be cleaned for awhile how. We have a big lab, a cat and the usual life stains that have worked their way into the carpet.
We called Adam and when he called back we were promptly scheduled and a ball work estimate given as I explained the work. That ballpark estimate was very close to the real bid.
When Adam arrived he was courteous and professional. The work was done on a timely basis and the carpets, stairs and bedrooms all looked great! When he was done he meticulously cleaned up, left us some booties and explained how to help the carpet dry. Definitely would

I gave Adam a huge challenge. We have a house that was a rental and the carpets are done full of pet stains and really need to be thrown out. I asked him if he could come in and just get rid of some of the odor to help us live there till we can replace it this summer. He didn't promise me he could but darned if he didn't. They looked amazing but of course some of the spots came back not his fault. But the smell definitely improved. I love it when a vendor under promises and overdelivers. We will use Adam again

When I read Adam’s website, I was impressed by the detail and thought that he put into his work. When I called for an estimate and eventually booked Adam to clean the carpets in our home, my initial impression was confirmed.

Adam contacted me to do some subcontracting work for him a few years ago I found him to very organized and satisfaction oriented on the part of his customers. He is familiar with the type of equipment I use and had requested the highest quality equipment and supplies. Adam even checked our vans to make sure no fluids would leave a mark in the driveway or street front of any customers home. High integrity in a business operator is difficult to find these days. Adam is thorough and takes his time to provide quality workmanship. He spends a lot of time in the beginning to pre treat and vacuum. He protects your flooring by laying plastic under the carpet before beginning the actual cleaning.
My carpets, area rugs and upholstered chair have been given fresh new life. When your floors feel clean, your house feels clean!
Working with Adam, he presents himself professionally . He provided me with a notebook of certifications, proof of insurance etc... This is his business and thus the pride of ownership is clearly demonstrated.

Adam is extremely conscientious about carpet cleaning. He takes a lot of time and care and successfully treats a variety of stains. He has a strong work ethic and is focused on customer service. I am most impressed that he has several cleaning methods and carpet cleaning equipment at his disposal, depending on what is needed. He starts with a commercial strength vacuum before the cleaning step. My vacuum is pretty good, but his is better. I have tried several companies over the years, and Adam's Carpet Cleaning is the best. You get what you pay for. Apparently, he also does grout cleaning

Adam answered on the first call and was very eager to help. My dog and a few friends dogs have made themselves at home.... and marked a few places. Then above that my dog got sick ALL over. It was too much for a simple spot cleaner. Adam was very knowledgeable and was telling me that he uses this "rotary extraction" tool... basically it's what makes him unique - it spins and scrubs and extracts and does millions of these motions. Last week we had Adam's Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in the home we just bought. We needed it done soon and he was able to come and clean in a couple of days from our initial call. He was very detailed in explaining how the job would be done and that sold us. He was a little more expensive than what we wanted to spend however, we are so glad we hired him. He worked a total of 4 hours on this house and it turned out fantastic! WE did not think the carpet could be saved it was so dirty...however when we returned we had what looked like NEW carpet. Adam cleaned our carpets and they look way, way better than they did when we first moved into the place. Whoever supposedly did it before must not have known what they were doing. Adam is very knowledgeable, thorough, and obviously cares a lot about what he does and about doing a good job at it. Adam is a friend so naturally we asked him to do our carpets. We had some really bad pet stains that had sat for months and we have 2 kids so we called him out.
THEN, I had all my worries, "He's a friend, what is he take short cuts because we're friends?" "What is he does a crap job and things are awkward?" Well, all the reviews are correct! Adam did a GREAT job. The dog pee smell is LONG gone and it's been two weeks. Other carpet cleaners I have used left the carpet great when they left and a week later, smells and stains returned.
