Bethany was right on time, very friendly and helpful. She did her best to get our drain clog taken care of but our issues seem to be bigger than we thought. We appreciated the time she took in her efforts and was very surprised when she told us there’s no charge for something she couldn’t fix. That’s excellent customer service and was very appreciated.
