In 1983, we started Escalante Roofing. We coordinated our small crew from the backyard, while the kitchen counter served as our admin office. Our determination and commitment to doing the job right helped us gain customers and grow the business. Over 35 years later, we're still a family operation. We continue to take an active role in each project, monitoring jobs and managing the bookkeeping.
When I was in high school, my cousin said I could work for him on roofing jobs on Saturdays for $25 a day. I loved the work and worked for him in the summer months, too. After graduation, I worked for a commercial roofing company before I decided to start my own roofing business. My wife, Rosa, and I were new parents and determined to make the business work.
We take the time to explain the process to our customers to make sure they know what to expect and when. If needed, we'll send your insurance images and a detailed explanation of what needs to be repaired and why. Whether you need remodeling due to water damage or just to refresh a dated design, our talented team has completed remodeling projects in bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and more.
We worked with Owens Corning and Support Our Troops to provide Sgt. Rodriguez and his family with a new roof. Our military has plenty to worry about when they're deployed, their roof shouldn't be on that list. This local organization provides a home to mothers experiencing homelessness and support and resources to help them transition into their own home.
When it comes to selecting materials for your roof, the possibilities are endless. We're happy to provide our professional recommendation, but we also recommend looking in your neighborhood to see what material and color combinations you like. Viewing a lone shingle in warehouse lighting might look entirely different than seeing it in daylight next to the exterior of your home.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Had an appointment scheduled and got a call from Emiliano asking me if it was ok for him to stop by earlier than the scheduled time. I gave him a call back and left a voicemail letting him know that I couldn't get out of work earlier than our scheduled time, but he never even showed up.

I reached out to Escalante Roofing upon a colleague's recommendation.
