The worst company I've had to deal with when it comes to working on my home. Remodel came out to my home and spoke with me and my wife regarding doing home repairs. We bought their package which came with stucco repairs, repairing the wood around the edges of our home and put rain gutters in. They guaranteed it would last and we wouldn't have to paint or re-stucco. Good deal, or so we thought. Things began to fall apart within a year. Received a flyer for this company and next day called to have someone come over to give us estimates on front , side door and patio cover. We made arrangements to be home on Saturday despite our very busy schedules because it was important for us to get some necessary work done on our home. Sure enough they were a no show. I called 1 hour after the time they were scheduled and the lady on the phone (although friendly) explained she had called me twice to confirm appt; but not once did she leave a message. We have been asking for extra paint to repair cracks and customer service does not follow through. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company.

I have a very large NO SOLICITING sign on my front door. This does not stop the sales man from ringing my door bell twice. I have a sick child at home which he woke up. Then after my wife answers the door and tells him no soliciting he still tried his sales pitch. What the *$&(??? Please train your employees what no soliciting means. Very Frustrating. I also have an image of this person (Saved on surveillance) if the owner wants to know who it was.

Just to be clear, I did not have any work done by this company. I did call to have someone come out for a free estimate. Dominique was very pleasant on the phone. She asked me if I was aware of the "Pace" program that finances/gives rebates to homeowners for energy efficient upgrades. She then asked when my husband and I would be home. I told they would be meeting just with me as I am the sole owner of the house. I was told that was against their policy! Really!?! She even verified I am on the title. After reading the other reviews it appears I dodged a bullet!

Miren spent over 90 minutes explaining things to my wife and I that we already knew. We told him this and all it did was fluster him and get him upset. The window replacement job was easy from start to finish. First, Alan Fishman gave me a basic quote based on the size of the windows and the type of window he was going to use. Next, his foreman Tom stopped by to take measurements. The windows were ordered and when they arrived, we made an appointment for installation. The guys doing the installation were perfect. I have needed a new roof for a while, but kept putting it off. I'm glad I finally bit the bullet and did it. Remodel USA offered me a very good warranty and that's why I decided to go with them. This company is so annoying that I have to write this review. Two years ago, two sales reps came to my house, they gave me a great presentation of their window, the price was quite expensive so I said to them that I don't have that kind of money to do it. They continued to talk to me and really tried to persuade me to replace my window. They stayed at my house from 7 pm to 12 am. After that meeting, different sales reps had been and continue to call me from time to time, sometimes twice a month, about replacing my windows. It's been over a year of asking them to remove me from their call list and blocking their numbers. They keep getting new numbers and they won't stop calling.

I have to agree. They tried to sell me a 35 THOUSAND DOLLAR roof, using the HERO program. The salesman used hard sales tactics like saying the deal is only good for the day. He even got "on the phone with his boss" for a minor discount. After many nos, he proceeded to try to offer a marketing discount if I advertise their logo, on my lawn, after the work. They try to say they'll give you a roof that will last a lifetime, and say all their materials are premium grade. Honestly, Owens Corning, you don't need these people giving u a bad rep. Better Business Bureau definitely needs

I recently got all my windows replaced by Remodel USA and couldn't be happier. The installation went smoothly and they finished up in 1 day. Tom was a joy to be around. He measured all the windows a few days prior and did the installation himself. I can't recommend these guys enough.

From start to finish, working with Remodel USA to replace the windows in our house was a great experience! Their two-man installation crew came out and got everything done in just one day. They were professional, they cleaned up as they went, and when they were gone, you'd never know they'd been there, except that we had beautiful windows. Remodel USA, Inc. did a great job fixing the cracks, foundational issues, and replaced some woodwork, all included in the package price of painting the exterior of our home and garage with Lifetime paint, as well as adding extensive brickwork to the side, front, entryway, and chimney of our home. I hired Remodel USA after they came highly recommended from my neighbor. I met with a Remodel USA rep (Dave), which rubbed me the wrong way from the get go. But after listening it his spiel and seeing the product, I went ahead and contracted Remodel USA to put new windows in my house.
