I needed to have an old fence surrounding my outdoor deck taken down and replaced with new redwood. It was not easy to find someone for this job: too small for Lowe's contractors and too large for a handyman ("I'm just one person," wrote a guy who has top reviews on this site).
I was fortunate to find Allen. He provided a written estimate, knew the best lumber yards
for materials, and completed the job (including painting) in three-and-a -half days. He is personable, reliable, and he really knows what he is doing.
