The reviews are real -- these guys are fantastic.
I've used them twice during the last year, once into storage and once into our new place a year later. These guys go the extra mile -- they couldn't get a dresser down the stairway because it was too big, so they hoisted it OUT OF THE WINDOW, to make sure we could get it out. It wasn't an ikea dresser and we were fine leaving it -- but they made sure they could get it out. Where do you see service like that? Never. They are also incredibly careful with your stuff, they packed all of our delicate kitchen ware and fragile items -- and

I truly can't say enough great things about this company and the people who showed up to move my 3 br home. I used their packing service and Carlos, Lalo, Gabriel, and Sampson showed up and packed everything extremely carefully. We have a TON of artwork and all of it was handled with such care. The next day, Carlos, Gabriel, Sampson, Jose, Gio, and Antonio showed up. On both days they finished hours early and they only charge for actual hours so my price came in a good chunk below estimate because they moved so fast. The move was smooth and perfect. I would highly recommend Zmovers if you're in the LA area or in general. They were very honest about their prices. They guided me through the process and advanced all information in a timely manner. I've had 2 moves with Z movers. They've done a great job each time. The guys were prompt, efficient, careful, honest and pleasant. They work by the hour and include moving supplies. There are no hidden or ridiculous fees. They label each box on the side. They carefully wrap/unwrap furniture and disassemble/reassemble as needed. I will be moving again soon and will use them again.

Best moving company we have ever worked with. From the phone staff to the owners to the movers, everyone is a top notch professional. We had a big move across cities and took 3 days. Z Movers exceeded all expectations. Movers worked incredibly hard, they were kind, thorough, professional and went above and beyond for us.
When setting up they were meticulous and made sure we were happy with furniture placement and thoughtful as to where every box was placed. I will recommend to everyone I know. So thankful we used them for our move.

I'm a repeat customer and would hire Z Movers again! Our 3 movers- Carlos, Gio and Jordan worked very fast and took great care to wrap the furniture and other belongings. They took apart a couple of beds and put them back together perfectly. Moving is stressful but working with 3 friendly, hard working guys made the day a little easier. Also, all charges are clearly explained at the initial scheduling (thanks Katherine!), and at the site before any loading begins.

We've used Z Movers twice now and they are just consummate professionals. We've also referred them to at least 3 friends who have all loved them as well. They are quick and efficient and don't even cost that much, especially given what stellar service they provide. They moved our 3 bedroom house which included an insane amount of stuff in our garage in under 7 hours. Moving is a tough job but these guys do it with a big smile on their face and are so friendly. My girlfriend hired this company to help move her studio apartment from the first floor to a 1 bedroom in her same building. I wasn't there to assist in the move due to work obligations.
We all understand that things happen in the course of a move; which is fine.
My girlfriend is into design & owns a few pieces of extremely expensive furniture (I'll never understand why). But there were a plethora of things chipped and the television no longer works. One being an incredibly expensive speaker and table.

I call the company and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate my last minute
request. They thoroughly explained the time, number of movers and charges. They showed up on time and went over what was needed and immediately went to work. No loafing around. They wrapped and moved the items and took excellent care of fragile valuable items. They took the item to drop-off point and checked the items and stored them as requested.
Amazing to watch their efficiency.

Used their services for moving. First thing keep in mind there are overtime charges, so sometimes it’s worth getting extra person which was not explain at the time of booking. Also their insurance does not insure full value of your items. Friendly staff and quick guys, but had damage to some furniture. They do not cover the the bottom portion of the furniture, they just wrap the top. One item, standing desk, was wrapped completely and still damaged, it’s few thousand dollar price. It's been a couple years since I moved with these guys and although they were friendly and efficient, I can't shake the fact that I don't feel that enough care was placed into the protection of items that were being moved. They damaged multiple large houseplants that never recovered from the move (plants should never be jammed up against things or squeezed by leaves/branches, they should simply be held by the planter) despite confirming with them that they can safely move house plants, and I felt that some of my items were being dirtied in the process of being moved.
