I took my 2017 Nissan Frontier in to get some warranty work done week and I had a pleasant experience with them. The service members were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service manager ( I wish I could remember his name) was also very helpful and straight to the point. They actually helped me out big time. This place is solid and I will be returning for work on my truck.

I took my car in for an alignment. I do not believe this nissan checked to make sure the alignment would solve my problem. I believe they simply did it wether it was safe or not. Now I’m replacing my control arm and having to get another alignment on top of that.
If you need any visual inspections along with service maybe you should take your vehicle elsewhere.

Can not beat lifetime power train warranty on my Nissan Frontier. Toyota couldn't come close to that deal as they have no warranties.

Tynan's Nissan of Aurora definitely redeem themselves! After a bad experience the service manager Jason Simons reached out and was very apologetic about his team dropping the ball and did the best he could to make it right.

I decided to give them another chance since this was my first bad experience with them. I'm glad I did, Richard was very attentive, efficient and friendly! They accommodated my needs and the process went smoothly. I hope the new employees learn from Richard and I really hope to receive this service in future visits.

After buying a used Nissan Rogue from another auto dealer, we began using Tynans for service, parts, and tires.

They have always been courteous and helpful, and their tire prices are competitive with Discount and Costco.

Tynan's Nissan Aurora's SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A CLOWN SHOW! I made an appointment on Sept. 20th to assess a code on a 2013 Murano that indicated a failing brake module. First available appointment was on Sept. 29. I was given multiple times in the morning for drop off (as if that mattered) from 8 am - 10:30 am. I chose 8:30 am. A time after I drop off my three children to school. I dropped off the vehicle at the appointed date and time. Came in tonight and had a great and unforgettable experience buying a new car with Tyler! Although inventory was not as big as we wanted , they had much better options than other places. First time ever buying a new car. Got a 2021 Nissan Leaf. Called ahead to look at one and when I got to the dealership they had it in the front ready for a test drive. The negotiation and finance process was really fast and easy. Overall I was at the dealership for 2 hours. If you want someone to ask for ask for Mike. I sent an appointment with Kadin and I even called the day before to confirm that our appointment is at the next morning. He responded of course and I'll look forward to seeing you. The next morning I show up, no Kadin, just a bunch of unprofessional sales people around. I have recently upgraded my Nissan Sentra to a Nissan Rogue sport and once again Tynans Nissan never seems to amaze me with the most beyond amazing service. The twins aren't there no more but I had the best guy on the sales floor, Mike Jacovsky, help me out. He was very patient and understanding with answering all my questions, he got me the best deal I could ask for and one I personally didn't think I would be able to get. Purchased a used car and the dealership documents said that they had replaced a bunch of things on the car. As with my other dealings with this typical used car shop they lied. All four shocks/struts are toast. They turned out to be the factory original parts! Nothing that they claimed to have fixed was really done. If you buy a car here have it checked out by an independent shop!

Lesson learned never trust a car dealership who claims to be trustworthy.

I stopped by today have a pillar looked at (it fall off and my car is only two weeks old it's a '19), first thing service rep response was that it was damaged and I needed a new one. He said it's not cover under warranty.

I went straight to Empire Nissan, the service rep there came out to my car and fixed it! Empire Nissan is much more professional and friendly

I'll stay away from This dealer from here out.

I have had my car for five months now and they still will not give the title to my car to my county so I can register my car. This whole process has been ridiculous! I really wish I bought my car elsewhere. I enjoyed working with my salesman but that has been the only positive part of the dealership.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Tynan's used lot and tried to rectify the situation and were just bounced around from person to person. Finally, I had had enough and decided to try the actual Nissan dealership. Long story short, my husband and I traded in the vehicle we had just purchased from something newer and a little bigger. No one informed us that instead of just eating the extra cost which is what Tynan's was supposed to do, that it would be added onto our new car loan. I do take fault in not double checking as I am usually pretty thorough about things like this

I've been here twice to get my Versa serviced. The front office service folks are efficient and professional and have given me quick up-front estimates on potential costs. Twice they have adjusted the final cost because the effort was less than they estimated.

I will tell you everything is awesome about the car buying experience, the sales team, finance no issue. Everyone from the BDM to signing the papers awesome experience.

The problem is their service department and intake of vehicles. I personally feel that the sales team is not given the best tools to sell the cars and the most honest information about the vehicle. When you bring another vehicle onto the lot to sell your service team needs to provide an adequate inspection not just look at it.

I purchased a used vehicle and like every car that I purchased I go and have my expert oil change

Came in because my daughter wanted to test drive the Juke. She had talked earlier to Tran and had said she would be there around 5:30 to 6 pm. He wasn't there when we arrived and after waiting about 15 minutes for his arrival, we just said if anyone else could help us since the weather was getting worse.

One of the sales reps said it would be better to wait for him. Finally he came in and we test drove one of the Jukes. Tran was nice and professional. The test drive went okay but my daughter didn't like the way it hesitated during acceleration.

She also wanted him to look at her car
