We purchased an x5 great condition, they went above an beyond for approval. However we left and check engine light came on a week later, took it the performance shop and now we're paying 3k to fix issues. Oh well it is what it is....I would recommend taking potential vehicle to a legit shop to get it checked tires, leaks, brakes just everything. Nice shop.

Levi was welcoming the minute we walked in the door! He was not pushy at all and stepped back as we took a look at the car we were interested in. He answered all our questions and just made us feel welcome and acknowledged any concerns we may have had! The process of buying the car we wanted was seemless, we had our 8 month old baby with us and we were in and out of there in no time.
We personally hate dealerships, but we loved this family owned business and will be supporting them in the future! Thanks Levi:)

Almost immediately Levi greeted me as I came in and got me into the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive.

Shady business! I listed a car for sale and someone reached out expressing interest in it. We agreed on a price and to meet at a local bank to process the sale. When it came time to close the deal they asked me to come to their car dealership instead and wanted to change the method of payment to something other than what we agreed on. They were not honest from the beginning and backed out of the sale even when I agreed to come to the dealer. Not only were they dishonest they wasted my time.

Amazing customer service.
I just got off the phone with Levi and he was amazing! He was so respectful and he explained every question I asked the way I wanted. I do suffer from forgetting question and I do tend to repeat myself a lot and from what my wife says he’s was respectful every time he repeated himself. I do believe customer service says a lot about a business establishment and this experience told me a lot about ADI. Definitely purchasing a vehicle from ADI.

Mike and ADI Autosport were great for me when I bought my truck. They helped me throughout the deal and even helped me get better financing than my own bank could get me. They were laid back, honest and candid. No car salesman BS which was much appreciated. Go ask for Mike!

Tom and the associate he was training did a fantastic job. I had found the car I’d been searching for, and I told Tom I’d be in today to look at it; overall the staff was friendly and wanted to take care of me. The car was very much still there when I arrived (I originally called on Wednesday) I looked over the car, which was in the condition advertised which was very clean. Was offered a test drive and then once I agreed to buy the vehicle they got me exactly the finance and rate I wanted. Would purchase from again.

Had a great, no hassle, experience with Saife (and Rob) at ADI. Test drove several vehicles until I found the one I wanted. ADI made promises to repair some items when I purchased the car. Not only did they fix ALL of the items on the list, but fixed 2 more that THEY noticed while fixing the others. That is the type of service I want in a car dealership. I simply want to feel like I am a valued customer and that is exactly how I feel here. Oh, and I LOVE my new car.

Had a great experience working with Rob and Arielle at ADI. Rob was incredibly helpful, straightforward, prompt, and honest over the phone and text, and helped to arrange shipping to LA at a very reasonable rate. I'd been looking for a good example of this specific car for a while, and it felt great to work with a fellow enthusiast to get it all wrapped up. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. My brother purchased a 2013 ML550 from ADI Autosport yesterday and is already having problems. This is a very shady practice with equally shady individuals working here. We were assured that this small "family owned and transparent" business inspected their vehicles before sale and any safety related issues were solved. We purchased a Mercedes GL450 back in May. Our personal experience was a very good one. We did a LOT of research and made sure this was a vehicle we wanted. As far as the sales process went, they were pretty good. They ended up holding the car after we put the deposit down for a few weeks and when we went back to pick it up, one of the covers for tow ports was broken. Their online photos of the car confirmed it was there when we put the deposit down. Purchased a rare vehicle at a very fair price from ADI. Was looking for this particular vehicle for well over a year, and Rob delivered an exceptional sales experience start to finish! He was patient, helpful, and transparent. Also, Rob stayed after hours in order to accomodate our schedules. Can't say enough good things.
