Tim and his partner, Mike, showed up, diagnosed and replaced the faulty blower motor, and had us back in cool comfort within 3 hours of my call. They then came back to complete the preventive service to get us ready for the heating season, which involved replacing a legacy switch. During the whole process, they were professional, thorough to a fault, and personable. While they recognized the age of our system, they did not pressure us into renovations for which we were not prepared.
All in all a great experience. We highly recommend them.

Our furnace and AC would not work. Tim came out promptly on the weekend. He always explained what he was doing, what caused the problem and was upfront with the cost. My furnace stopped working last night so I had originally called Verne & Ellsworth Hann Inc come out. The guy looked at my furnace and stated that he “didn’t want to touch it and didn’t want to go down the rabbit hole with all the possible issues”. He stated that he was going to send out his sales guy and that I needed a new furnace. I said no thanks! I called Tim West and he came out and took all of 15 minutes to find and fix the issue. It was a simple small hose with a crack in it. As soon as he replaced it my furnace heated right up. He said if it stopped working he would come back out

Thanks so much Tim West for the quick and expert service. Tim was at our doorstep within the hour and not only had the replacement part (a new blower motor) in his truck, his estimate was half the price of the competition. He had the furnace up and running and our home warm again a short while later- highly recommended and a friendly Heights local too!
