If you need a plumber that is reasonable, fast, and can get the job done call this company!! We called them over a holiday weekend, and they showed up the next day at our house in Malibu. They fixed two toilets and my kitchen faucet all on one visit. They showed up on time and were very professional. I highly recommend Rooter Guy Plumbing.

Zack came to fix my toilets that were "whining." He was super friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He took every safety precaution (face mask, booties, etc.), which was greatly appreciated at a time like this. After he fixed the toilets he made sure there was nothing else that needed fixing and gave me some advice on some intermittent plumbing issues I've had. I will absolutely reach out to him again for any plumbing needs. 10/10.

Thanks to Joe from the Rooter Guy we were able to replace our old water heater with a new tankless heater, add a water softener, and fix our fire pit. The whole process was a breeze. It was all completed in one day. Joe and his staff were very professional and did an incredible job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done right.

My temperamental toilet had a really, REALLY bad clog and backup. To say it was gross and disgusting is being polite. I have a home warranty, and the company sent Rooter Guy out. The technician, Zack, wore a mask and protective booties and let me know he had been vaccinated before I could even ask. Zack must have spent an hour getting the toilet unclogged--he was absolutely determined. Not only did Zack get the toilet working again, but when he called me in to show me, he had also cleaned the toilet for me so it was once again white and shiny. I was expecting to have to do that myself afterward

Zack was great! He showed up within the arrival window and quickly got to work. He wore a mask and cloth covers over his boots. Zack was able to get us taken care of on a Saturday morning when our water had to be shut off the night before due to a leak under the house. Joe the owner was great called him at 11 and he was out by 2:00 we have had them to our home before and they were great then too. Took care of our problem quickly. We will need to do a more extensive project in the future but for now everything drains beautifully. Thank you Joe for your help my family really appreciates having working plumbing in our home.

Love these guys- friendly and straight talkers. Didn't try to overcharge me to fix the roots in my main line. They finished the job in 1 day and I can't even tell they dug up the driveway. They can also be reached 24hrs which is a major plus. They will be my first call if I have ANY plumbing issues.

In September 2020, Rooter Guy Plumbing provided the most cost-effective and best plumbing service imagineable (water heater replacement, snaked pipes, camera, replaced sewer/drain lines under house and installed cleanouts).

So unknown to my boyfriend and myself our water heater broke so we contacted our landlord and we had the satisfaction of meeting Emil. He was very professional and courteous. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he was there every step of the way to make sure I understood what was happening.
