Kid Gloves Inc. is the largest specialty shipping company in the southern region of the US. The only reason that they have one star is that there is no option for zero stars. Avoid this scam business at all costs. They took our belongings, charged over $130,000 then refused to return them to our home after repairs were finished.
These people are RUDE, HORRIBLE, and actually breached a contract. The office personnel are terrible, and when I had to hire another firm to pick up my belongings (without any assistance or help from this bunch of crooks) my clothes dryer was returned with a den of rats nested in the machine!
These folks are so bad that I have hired legal counsel to file a lawsuit

We are reporting this business to the BBB due to a fraudulent charge on our card for a moving service never performed. A deposit was made on this customers behalf yet the move was cancelled and NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED aside from a phone quoted estimate. The deposit charged was in the mid thousands. We are dealing with our credit card company on this one since no one will return our calls at Kid Gloves. I repeat, they have taken our messages but have not returned our calls regarding the matter. BUYER BEWARE.

I used these guys to move some old antiques out of my relative's house to be stored for a bit in their warehouse. Best experience i've ever had with a moving company! I got several calls in advance and very friendly customer service. The people working there seem to genuinely care about the personal needs of you and your items, and even suggested the best materials to pack my items would be! The building itself s a bit out of the way, but overall amazing!
