Horrid! I went in there need help to change my floors. After a few minutes the woman comes out and tells me look around. I said how about this one. She say oh somebody took the book of samples and hasn't brought it back yet. They only have 1 and are sellers? So I gave my number and she said she would call. It has been 3 months and she never called back. How can these idiots run a business like this? It was a total waste of my time and I won't go back and even consider these unreliable, incompetent creatures!

We hired A&K Floors and more (aka A&K Floors & Walls) to do general contracting work in our home starting on Nov. 1, 2017. We recently received a report from a FL Building Inspector who came out to our home to evaluate A&K's work in the house. Here is just one of the passages from his report, "It is some of the worst work I have seen in a home of this caliber in my professional career." The building inspector also did a search on the state licensure website using several variants of spelling that shows no results for A&K. The good. Friendly staff that quickly got back to me. The bad. Pricing is outrageous. Were talking double per sqr ft over big box places. Then 225$ measuring fee to measure 1 room. I live 3 minutes away from store and it would take all of 5 minutes to measure 1 room. They said the 225 is not a fee if I hire them but I simply cant risk that the $225 being wasted by a high quote. In my opinion avoid and look elsewhere for flooring needs because I will be.
