This Craftsman style home was recently completed as a custom build project for a wonderful couple in Cranberry Township. It features main level living with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a vaulted Great Room open to the Kitchen, an office and laundry room. Oversized 2 car garage, and full basement provide ample storage.

I honestly can’t say enough about Greg and his crew. Greg was responsive to me in a timely manner. We needed some deck repair before an outdoor event that we were having and he came through for us. He and his crew are polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would gladly hire them again for future projects. They completed the job in 1/2 a day and left the site clean. Two thumbs up!

The work to be done was to construct a roof over an existing deck. Estimate was very reasonable. Work was completed on time and with no upcharges. The quality of workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and I am thrilled with the quality. The roof looks like it was part of the original home construction. I will definitely use them for an further projects in my home.

Greg and his team at Dressler Construction recently refinished our master bathroom at our home in Seven Fields. The entire team was always on time, and diligently worked the full work day (every day) to get our project finished ahead of schedule. Their finishing work was fantastic! The tile we selected for the shower was not the easiest to work with, but they customized our space wonderfully to create the new bathroom my wife desired. Most incompetent builder ever. Public beware. Gets lowest bids on subs. Work is shoddy & incompetent. Ryan homes are built better than his so called a custom work. Septic has been completely redone d/t 0 base placed under septic PVC pipe, 2nd floor furnace has been unrepairable since installation. Ceramic tile placed with wrong glue, hence cracking all the grout, house had mold throughout when only being in home for 4 months because of not allowing framing to dry adequately before drywalling...the list goes on. You'll spend a lot more $$$ after living in one of his homes for a few months finding
