Waited a month for parts under warranty (was told 1 week, twice). Once parts came in, I was told the work would be done in a day. Called every day for 5 days to get updates. Guy working had called out sick a couple days and no one let me know and then the weekend hit. Was told they only had a shuttle and no courtesy vehicle, so I went and rented a vehicle. Only to find out they have a contract with Gator and Gator should cover it. When confronted, Gator said they took care of it and transferred the rental over. Come to find out, I was still charged for the first couple days. Will never go back

Brought car in for warranty work. Service advised me that there were two issues and that they'd work with the two warranties that I had so that I'd only pay one deductible. They never called to tell me the parts were in. Then when I get the car there, the advisor acts like I'm an idiot, because there's no notation about a bad sensor. They also told me the car would be done within 24 hours. Again no call so I call them 2 days later and now they are billing me the two deductibles. So, after telling me the car would be done in 24 hours, theres no sensor issue and my car has been

For the past 10 or so years, when I shop for a vehicle, I compare via websites and when I see what I like, I email and ask for their best price. I compare several dealers and the dealer that offers the best price gets my business. Simple. Saves time and I don't have the play the games dealerships play. Furthermore, with a virus out there, why take any unneeded chances.
My wife and I are buying a new Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee. I contacted 4 dealers that had the vehicles I was interested in and asked for their best price. Three of the four responded with their best price. The only "

VERY DISAPPOINTED, I took my car in because of it oil leak. Told it was a pan gasket so they repaired it at the cost of $1250. I came home and I still had a leak I thought maybe it was just residue oil so I waited for a few days and it continue to leak. So I took it back and this time they told me it was a rear engine seal and It would cost me an additional $900 to replace.
I happen to be with the service writers, and the mechanic that diagnose the issue told me he was 100% sure it was the main seal. So I asked why did you replace the gasket then. He got angry and said I didn't replace the

Horrible service from an incompetent service department. It is run by Mark who is a professional excuse maker. Had a new key fob made for my truck and they wiped my skimmer so all of my old keys were rendered useless. They are unable to program my old fob. But at 250 I can buy a new one! Mark agreed to take off charges off my bill for $170 for things-that were never discussed in advance. still waiting to see these credits returned to my credit card. My bank sees no activity of a return and I'm not surprised!! Took 6 days to get one key for my truck! At a loss of my brother taking me back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Since the Sales Manager (Jim Peacock) told me to go "self-reflect," I'm going to do that here. (1) We went to purchase a Blue Durango and dealt with Jackson. We negotiated back & forth without an issue. I made it clear during every step that I didn't want any pricing contingent on financing, because I wasn't going to be financing with them. He gave me their final best price and we left to think about it. I reached out the next day (purely by text) and that is when the bait and switch happened. Suddenly the best price WAS contingent on financing

You want to deal with a subpar sales team and then even better a lackluster Chrysler capital? Then you have come to the right place. They offer the worst customer service in terms of outright sales; but if you somehow get bamboozled and get a lease with them, you are screwed. Chrysler Capital is an F in terms of customer service and professionalism. Bc of an error by one of their reps, they nearly cost me $20k; yes you heard me correctly. Do NOT work with subpar gator nor do a lease. Bc I have a brain I fought them and got the outcome I was supposed to have from the onset. Entire experience: epic

I have always taken my truck to a Dodge Dealer for service.. this time after service at Gator the tire fell off while we were on the road. I expected everything had been done right the first time. I was wrong and it could have been a tragedy. Their work was never done right after many trips to this Dodge Garage to fix this grievous mistake.
Don't trust GATOR CHRYSLER DODGE Or their best worker.

Horrible Service, 15 minute Express is a joke. Took and hour and a half in and out. Tried to schedule appointment told I didn't need one as they get you in and out. Sat for 35 minutes before anyone came over.
This review probably won't help much as there management is concerned enough to even look as is obvious by all the other complaints.

We loved shopping at Gator Chrysler with the old manager and purchased many vehicles from them in the past. But they have gotten a new manager who is horrible and tries to cheat you. We went to buy a new vehicle from them and trade in our old one. They gave us half the trade-in value of the car due to a minor issue. We ended up buying the car we liked and they told us they would fix the few issues there were with it. We took it back the next day and reminded him of the two issues and he said that only one of the issues was part of the deal. Do not buy from Gator Chrysler with this manager!

Best car buying experience ever! I thought I would never say that due to past headaches with other dealerships. Gator is the place to go. Just bought my dream truck Jeep Gladiator and they had a great inventory to choose from. Salesman Anthony A. was exceptional..made me feel comfortable, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in all aspects. Everyone there was friendly and the dealership has a good atmosphere. I could go on and on and they just sent me cookies in the mail with a nice thank you card haha place is top notch and I have no affiliation with them.

Had an appointment with Mike. Mike was to busy and never got to me. While on the lot waiting for Mike, the vehicle I was interested in wouldn't even start. The other sales men grabbed a battery charger and tried that. Nothing. They tried a potable starter unit, Nothing. At that point I left. Why would you have a vehicle for sale with that kind of problems already? $$$

I made an appointment for a part that had been recalled (catalytic converter) and it was done in a decent amount of time... But while I waited I looked around the lot and I wasn't even out there 20 seconds and was approached by a salesman... Give me a break I'm just looking. Later on I decided to go look again once I realize that all the sales people were in a meeting in their conference room by the way that's the best time to go look at cars first thing in the morning when they're having their 30 minute meeting. While I was still waiting for my vehicle to get done I asked one

The service is terrible here. When I called to make an appointment for an oil change, the receptionist told me it wasn't necessary. I pulled up to the "Express lane" and waited almost 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, except for the person that asked, Do you have an appointment? Then walked away when I said ,No. Richard Smith, service rep, was kind and apologetic about the wait time.

My kid is in Melbourne for college about 600 miles from home. Sent her to Gator to replace a MOPAR car battery that was still under warranty. Service department left her waiting for 40 minutes for the service manager. She called the next day and was told to leave a message but no one returned the call.
So I called the service department and asked the manager how he would feel if his 18 year old college kid was getting screwed over by a service department while away at college. Promises where made but not followed thru.
I ended up spending the $100 to replace the battery at a local auto parts

Even with a 10:15 appointment, I waited over an hour for a ride back to my house. Replacing just the right side exhaust manifold, they had my truck for nearly 8 hours, unacceptable. Previous recall work to flash the computer memory, with an appointment, 3 hours. I can flash my laptop memory in less than ten minutes
They only have a one Bay oil change too. It's not worth the wait.
I had to call and bug them for a status on parts ordered, which they claim was delivered to them but not correctly received into inventory, thus I waited two weeks longer
