I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick at sales and Todd at infinity of Melbourne . Most of the work was done over the phone and via email and texting. They gave me a very good price On a highly sought after vehicle .And and as everyone knows right now the used car market is really tough, so much so that I drove from Miami to Melbourne to purchase this vehicle , they had it delivered and I must say it was one of the best experiences that I’ve had dealing with a car dealership.From sales, to financing even to the gentleman that delivered the car ,I was impressed.

Scheduled a basic oil change and tire rotation online for 7:30 in the morning and waited in person thinking it would take a hour tops like every other dealer that had an open schedule...I did not leave until after 10:30am and the service rep I worked with was the most incompetent, uncaring person in the world. He gave me BS updates and then offered a car wash after waiting 2 hrs....well I said yes because that was the least they could do...my car sat by the car wash for yet another hour with nobody cleaning. I had to angerly raise my voice to give me my dang car back before I took the keys and

I've been to this dealership twice and have been thrilled with their outstanding support and willingness to go the extra mile. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome by the entire staff. There is plenty of comfortable seating, drinks and snacks. They honor your time and will fix your vehicle as quickly as possible. They even offer a free car wash. This is my go-to place for Infiniti sales and service.

Juan Illera was very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to me time and time again over the phone and when I addressed his poor customer service to him in person, he was still very disrespectful. He kept cutting me off while I was talking to him respectfully and when I told him about his poor customer service, he told me rudely that he has been doing this for 33 years and I can excuse myself, along with other things he has said over the phone. The only problem I had here was with Juan. All the other employees were very helpful, respectful, and honest. Frank and David were very helpful throughout

1st of all I have not been to the dealership ONCE, but I must say all the staff people I have spoken with over the phone answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about my car (2006 infiniti m35 X). I am definitely going to be having a diagnostic test & possibly more done to my car in the future. I save one star awaiting my 1st experience with the dealership & I will be giving my updated review afterwards. Ty Infiniti of Melbourne FL.

I have never gotten in and out of a car dealership in the short amount of time it took me to make a great deal at Infiniti of Melbourne. Tunde and Frank were friendly, polite and efficient. I have never been treated better when purchasing a car. They were fair and attentive. Got a great deal, and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality new or used car to try them first.

My boyfriend Will purchased a preowned Infinity G37S with the help of Carrie States on Sunday, August 23rd. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE either of us have ever had! I was beginning to think 'service' was dead during these COVID times but Infinity of Melbourne - and specifically Carrie - proved me wrong. Prompt service, absolutely no pressure, and Carrie gave Will the best deal and best financing possible without even having to ask and/or haggle!! Juan Illera, the Business Manager, was extremely helpful with finalizing the paperwork.
