The price of that I was told on the phone was more than double when they arrived. I was looking to do a monthly service for a multi unit building. This company is completely unprofessional I tried to create an automated account which they didn't have available. Not only was the exterminator multiple hours late. But he tried to cut corners and I would have to request for him to spray around windows under appliances and generally area that previous technicians have done in the pass. I had a bad feeling when I got to switch-a-roo. I was in a tight place on time and I needed the service done that day

I met with Moneef B. from Diagno Pest this past Saturday. I was very impressed with the time and effort he took in investigating our spider beetle issue, and feel extremely satisfied with his work. Ultimately, he couldn't recommend treatment at the time of inspection for a number of reasons -- these all made so much sense to me. He spent an hour with my husband and me to ensure that he had a clear idea of the species in question, and found the source of infestation which has remained elusive to me for 10 years. For all of this, we were not charged a nickle. I would highly recommend this company

We have the premium service package for both of our properties. It is definitely worth it to get the package. Diagno is thorough in their inspection of pests and finding and sealing (when possible) any entry points. It also easy to schedule services. We had another pest control company prior to signing up with Diagno and felt they just put out bait and sprayed for bugs. Diagno techs are very knowledgeable and give us great tips on how to stay pest free (which is nearly impossible in a row home). I recommend trying them out. We just renewed our service package for a second year.

Diagno came out within a few business days of my call and came out to help us out with a small ant problem on our first floor. A week later we still saw a few ants and gave them a call back - since it was within the 30 day window they came back free of charge. We haven't seen any ants since. Christina who schedules is very friendly and pleasant, overall great experience.

We have had several companies visit our home to keep it safe from insects. All were OK. Moneef, from Diagno Pest Control, was exceptional. He confirmed the scheduled appointment twice, arrived on time and was beyond thorough - checking areas that no one else had considered. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew how to follow up. If we have any issues in the future, he will definitely be the person we call.

I used this business and could not say a single positive thing about the experience. While inspecting my home for mice, the tech went to move the oven and PULLED the oven door off. He proceeded to glue it back on which obviously did not work. This has been months of back and forth with the company and their contractor. After numerous missed appointments, we finally got a new oven door and the handle is very scratched. Now the business is not answering calls or emails. I was treated as if I was being unreasonable when I could not use my own oven for months and now that this is a clearly damaged

Moneef (the exceedingly nice tech) is a very professional and courteous person. He brings that positive demeanor to a service industry and does it with a smile (albeit under a mask - thanks COVID 19). Moneef was not only on-time - he was early and texted if it was alright that he was early - can you get more courteous - it possibly was the most gracious method. Moneef was super educational about what he was going to do and how the pest would be controlled. Moneef then went outside to spray around he house. He then assisted me in moving some landscape

I originally called them out for ants and they took care of an issue a larger company my HOA employs could not handle over several visits. Well, its that time of year when mice are active on the house perimeter. Called these guys and they came out same day, honored our annual contract (that I didn't think I originally needed) but now I need to say, these guys are the real deal. Great service. After we moved into a new rental apartment, we found out that there was a lot of water bugs coming into our apartment. It was a terrifying and disgusting nightmare. Mainly, because we have a baby that crawls everywhere. We weren't sure what to do and we definitely didn't want to expose our baby to harmful pesticides. Hussam is incredibly thorough and attentive. I had a mice issue and contacted Diagno in a panic at 6am. Hussam responded almost right away and booked a slot for the afternoon. About half an hour into the arrival window, he contacted me and was courteous enough to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, he was able to see the entry points right away and recommended permanent solutions (drywall behind the dishwasher, sealing the closet, etc) while laying down traps to whittle down the existing rodent issue. Got a bed bug treatment by Diagno. Hussam is the technician who administered treatment and he is a partner in the business. He was very knowledgeable and punctual. The process was a breeze.
I got 3 quotes before picking a company to do the treatment and Diagno offered a 6 month guarantee when the others offered none at all or only 30 days. Total cost was also competitive and in line with the other quotes I got. I will definitely be using Diagno in the future if I have any pest control needs.

Came out within a day and checked my entire house for points of entry. It seemed the critters have moved on from our house and they suggested since they didn't find any point of entry or animals it may be from an adjoining neighbor. They didn't ask for any payment for coming to check out our place but if we ever have any pest control needs would gladly use them. Really friendly and knowledgeable brothers.

I'm ecstatic with the services provided. They were able to come out the day after I called! I was a wreck. The initial exterminator was EXTREMELY thorough & super nice. He went through my home to identify all entry points. He was honest about the areas that couldn't be accessed & why. He climbed, pulled, pushed, & lifted to ensure he expected every nook. He filled holes, dropped poison, and placed traps/bait station. He created a place of comfort for me. His communication about his process was calm and informative

I haven't written a review in a while but Diagno Pest Control was CLUTCH! Had mice and my landlord only put raggedy traps down. The guy came and put down traps but said I needed something else so he came back Saturday to put foam in any holes and put legit traps. He was knowledgeable and came on the same day. He also checked for a squirrel that somehow got into my place. Also a pest control spot run by POC?! Let's gooo

Diagno Pest Control is excellent. They were on time, professional, and so kind. We had been battling fleas for a couple of weeks before deciding the problem was beyond our efforts with over the counter flea powders and bombs. Diagno made time for us very quickly and treated our home including a warranty to return if the problem was not resolved with one treatment. I highly recommend them!
