A great exterminator he's very professional. They been in the business for years. He gets the job done , However they don't offer discounts. We have to get them to get some discount prices going, especially for referrals. But I digress, they are really good. Especially if you need to be pest free!

This company charged me $130 for bad information. Rich came out for an inspection and advised the vent near my roof had no screen and that was where a critter was getting in. He was in and out in 20 minutes. I went up there and confirmed myself the screen was intact. Called them back, and Rich just said, "Well thanks for letting me know." I asked… what I could do next, he said I could sit outside in the morning to see if antyhig goes in or out. I said I paid for an inspection, but he was wrong and that I just wanted it gone. he said that would cost $400 to get it out and guaruntee it. I

The person who initially picked up the phone was pleasant and efficient. She took me information and set an appointment immediately. It was a Saturday morning and they were they within hours exactly when they said. I had burrowing wasps. . a LOT of them flying around my front yard and all along the walkway to the front door. Rich came out soaked… the front yard with whatever chemical and those insects got the message immediately. My son can now now the lawn without bodily harm. And I am grateful. I will call them for any issue that comes up in the future, and recommend them highly.

Rich came out for rat trouble and didn’t do a complete job. Very unprofessional, aggressive and unreliable had to hire another company to come out and finish the job....... Horrible experience!
