Made an appt for 8-25-21 three days in advance - chatted with high tech on-line appointment center (smooth and I was excited to get truck in to chase down a warranty claim$$$$$ to the vendor) was told I could get a loaner or a rental and arrived a half hour early. Much to my surprise I was greeted by a gruff individual who said I had no appointment and I had to leave my truck for 3-4 days - when I showed her proof of my appt (I had a photo of the confirmation). She rather sure of herself that she needed the person who I chatted with in-line because we were wrong!

So I decided to change my rating for this dealership due to the fact that they were extremely helpful when my brand new truck wouldn't start after 3 weeks of owning it. Rhett in the service department was extremely helpful and was on top of my truck. He kept me posted about everything and had it all fixed and ready within a couple of hours. If you don't buy from here I would highly recommend getting it serviced here.

I am giving them a 1 because your site won't let me give them a zero. I bought a certified preowned convertible three years ago that had a problem with the locking mechanism of the top. July 21, 2018 I took it into Pete Moore and had one of the best customer service, auto repair experiences of my car buying life. Fast forward July 21, 2020 the handle broke again and the trim became loose. No worries, I took it back to Pete Moore expected good the same great service. My service rep ( Christa) was wonderful but that is where the praises stop. The parts where order 07/30/20, arrived 08/06/20

My son took my car to the shop to repair . First they told my son warranty expired it had not. They didn't call the warranty company if they had they would of found out it was not expired. Plus they had only been authorize to fix problem they put on a thirty dollar air filter I didn't ask for and charged me. They charged 150 for a part which could of gotten cheaper online. Then tell my son it's the law to charge a set rate for labor. I'm getting really tired of service company saying it's the law. If you have a set law then you better have it posted. It's not

My family has used this dealership for almost a decade since we purchased our first used car there together as husband and wife. At the time every employee in that place was kind and just had general hospitality and interpersonal skills. I have noticed in about the past 4 years a decline in the service center employees. Recently I had a very rude rep on the phone. I tried several times to speak with a supervisor and eventually did speak to someone who assured me they would remedy the issue and call me right back. They never did. They never once apologized to me for their employee being rude and

***UPDATE*** I was contacted by my service advisor Josh at Pete Moore yesterday. He expressed his sincere concern for my recent bad experience from the service department. I am very pleased to inform everyone that he and the service manager were genuinely concerned after reading about my experience on yelp and through there survey. They did everything in their power to make things right. They immediately arranged to have a complete 4 tire alignment repair and premium car wash performed on my truck. Josh also loaned me a nice SUV from their lot to drive while my trucks alignment was being repaired

Let me start by saying I work a full time job as a teacher and I have a part time job after school. They wouldn't order my new side mirror unless I was there in person so finally on an off afternoon I went in and got an estimate and went to go order my part. I tell him driver side mirror and right before he finishes my order he asks me again and I tell him driver side. The secretary quoted me $2000 to fix a dent I popped out with a suction cup from from O'reileys auto parts. I was a little irritated that the people actually doing the work have no customer interaction. I would have much preferred the quote and explanation from the subject matter experts. I'm left with a dime sized scratch in my rear quarter panel after 1 hour of suctioning on my own. Saving $1990 was definitely worth it.

Outstanding Service!
My husband is in the navy and was in Pensacola for school. I flew down for graduation so we could drive back to Virginia together. The day of his graduation a check engine light came on.
Pete Moore was able to squeeze us in and provide us with transportation so that our only night in town wasn't ruined.
They went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Jimmy was the service manager who took care us. Jimmy is an upstanding and kind gentleman.
We would recommend Pete Moore Chevy to anyone. They are the best!

I would make sure to look at the over 40 "not recommend" reviews for this dealer. Looks like they pay Yelp to suppress bad reviews.

But the fact is, we came in to place an order for a brand new, custom built corvette from the factory

I have been buying from Pete Moore since 1989 and will only use the service department there. They are dependable and reasonably priced in their vehicles and service. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgable. Jimmy Hayes in service is a true standout throughout my many years of utilizing Pete Moore Chevy. Thanks for the continuing excellent service.

I would have given them 0 stars if possible. I came to the dealership with my 2014 Chevy Cruze diesel. I was in "limp" mode because at 27000 miles, something malfunctioned with my diesel exhaust system. I had 30-some-odd miles until I would only be allowed to go 4mph. After 4 hours of "diagnostics", I was told it could be 1 of 3 things, of which they had NO parts to fix any of those reasons...and it was going to cost upwards of $1600. Recently bought my first GM vehicle since 1974. I had been buying Toyota. Nissan and Fords. Very pleasant, no hassel, no high pressure experience with salesman, Dane Clark. Love my 2016 Colorado LT, display is just right size, not too small. Everyone, including Dennis, sales manager, and Steve, accessories, were very helpful. Dane took me and my wife to service department, where we met Mike Paschal, service advisor. Great team at Pete Moore Chevrolet! !

Derek was very helpful in assisting me to get a new car. He was very pleasant, and went above and beyond during our encounter and every time I have spoken to him after to make sure I am happily satisfied. I like Pete Moore's tire maintenance for life program and the fact that I get my first 4 oil changes for free! I am very happy with my new vehicle.

We just recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox as a little run around car and something for my daughter to learn to drive with. The staff is always very helpful. The coffee, water bottles, and doughnuts are appreciated. The only recommendation I have is to make sure the online appointments are reflected on the appointment board as well. A couple of times I've made appointments online, and it was not reflected on the appointment board, yet I was still taken care of.

First visit: We were looking for a very specific model and color and told them we had to be under a certain price. The sales person told us they had exactly what we were looking for, with a few more options, that was in transit to be delivered soon. I told them due to the fact it had several options we didn't want it probably would not meet our price requirement. He said, "come back after lunch and I think we can work a deal".
We returned only to have the requirement that he already knew, not met
