Wild Bill was amazing!!! He made the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle smooth and without any hiccups. Eddie Mercer and his staff are incredibly personable and give superb customer service. After my car accident, Paul (general manager) arranged for me to be picked up and brought to the dealership. He had all of the paperwork ready for signature. I spent less than 10 minutes before driving away with my new truck. No one likes buying a car but they made it so simple.

I've struggled for 3 years on what to say in a review of this company. I hate negative reviews that seem more like rants, but if I can prevent 1 person from going through what I did then it's worth it. My car was stolen in July of 2015 and I thought I hit the jackpot when an Eddie Mercer rep came to pick me up to bring me to their location. I test drove several cars, had my heart set on one, filled out the paperwork then oops, I didn't have a Florida license. I filled out the initial application with my Arkansas drivers license. 2 hours later, I'm back in the hot seat signing

I visited Eddie Mercer today for the second time in 2 weeks. I would not have returned to do business here if they hadn't gained my trust and respect from the get-go. They are extremely customer oriented, professional, and honest. Bought a vehicle from them and had problems from the vehicle by the third day, went back and let them look at it. I was told it needed an oil change, three days after I purchased the truck. Within 1,000 miles of owning the truck the engine went, I can't even get a phone call returned from them. They refused to even attempt to help me with repair cost (approx $5,000). I also had to wait 3 months to get a replacement mirror which was broken before I purchased the truck. I will never purchase here again, I suggest you don't waste your time or money with them. I have now had this vehicle
