Modern Build helped transform my home by making a number of small changes to the floorplan and updating the entire home. We opened up the access to the kitchen, made it a combination family room/kitchen while maintaining a formal living room and dining area. It turned out amazingly beautiful and everyone absolutely loves it! They also worked on helping select all the finishes from cabinets, floors, tile, and plumbing fixtures. I had a 5000 +sf house in Scottsdale. Modern Build did all painting throughout the house both interior and exterior, stuccoed exterior, installed engineered hardwood floors in living areas, tiled 3 bathrooms and carpeted all five bedrooms. Also installed all new baseboards.
They completely transformed my house and I couldn’t be happier. I recently sold it and I credit my sales price to the work performed by Modern Build I highly recommend them!

I was looking to get a 2nd opinion on a quote I had gotten to have my house stuccoed, so I called around 5-6 different companies. Of all of those, Modern Build was the only one to get back to me same day. He came out to give me a quote that day. His quote came in less than the prior one, which was great! He was very upfront about how he did not think he could start for 3 weeks, which I appreciated the honesty. He did end up completing the job ahead of schedule though! You cant say that happens very often in the construction business.

Anthony was great from start to finish with the renovation. I myself don't have much of a vision so I trusted Anthony and his expertise. I didn't always agree with him but took his suggestions and I am sure glad I did.
We extended our patio including the tiles and roof along with the cool decking. His color suggestions complemented our desert dwelling.
His open line of communication and knowledge are an asset to anyone looking to upgrade their home. Anthony's availability to listen and reason with us was comforting
