Overall outstanding service. Excellent communicators, unquestionable quality and workmanship. Worked far behind than what I expected. They moved big European plastic grinding machine from storage place to Brooklyn Park and installed it per requirements. Again, I called them to take it out, package it and move to Designated foreign country. Very professional and highly accommodative to customer needs. Price was very reasonable. Thank you R and R team. I will certainly recommend you to my son and other companies.🙏

They got the machine in to the building and where it belongs but I had specifically requested twice that it was mounted and leveled. The guys showed up in a truck "they didn't normally use" and didn't even have a hammer drill. They came in and set the machine then ran to the hardware store for a Hammer drill and some anchors, no big deal. They then leveled my machine with MY PLASTIC STANLEY 4' LEVEL I had for carpentry I was doing in the shop. They didn't seem to charge me anything for the mounting and "leveling" but I wasn't real impressed.
