It can be easy to assume that a painting project can be a quick weekend project. Painting correctly, from taping, and tarping, and everything in between, is much more complicated than your home improvement store employee may make it seem.
All loose paint is scraped, all glossy areas are scuff sanded and dusted. All holes and gaps are caulked to prevent water damage on materials painted and to improve appeal of area. Light clean-up is done daily and a final clean-up at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed as much as possible and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

Hassle Free is THE best option for painting your house. I thoroughly researched all of the painters in North County and Marco was by far the best value. His bid was 30% LESS than the next lowest bid. I know what your thinking... Probably not the best quality and I was thinking that as well but now that my house is finished I could not be happier. The attention to detail was fantastic and my house looks amazing. I'm planning to use Marco for all of my painting needs in the future and you should give him a shot. You will be glad you did.

We needed some repairs done to the outside of our home in Escondido (termite damage and a some wood rot) in preparation to list it for sale last spring. Although Hassle Free is a painting company, I contacted Marco based on the positive reviews regarding other, related work, and we were not disappointed.

We just had the exterior of our house painted with Hassle Free Painting. Marco came out to bid on the project in person and had a very reasonable estimate. He returned and spent a lot of time with us to discuss paint colors and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with this. Came back a few days later to get some samples on the house. Once painting began, the crew was good and the same guys came each time; Marco also came to help physically paint in the second half of the project and also do a quality control inspection with me for touch ups. Just finished my 2 story house in Escondido. Nothing like a fresh coat of paint to make your house look new. Marco and his team did a great job. I emailed him, texted and called him about 4 months ago to tell him that the exterior paint of my home was peeling when i wash it down with water. I never got a phone call back to fix this issue. I had my house painted at end of april and beginning of May. I followed up on Dec 12,2019 and no reply. Not good business practice. Service is only good during the painting and does not back up work if something goes wrong a few months down the line. I believe the paint comes right off exterior because it was too watered down and definitely was not 2 coats. .

I live in the Midwest and needed renovate a rental home in San Diego for sale. Both time and finances were on a very tight budget. Marco and his crew were a God-send! Well, I guess the business is called Hassle Free cause you never actually deal with them. They gave me an estimate for a small paint job on my house. I texted Marco after the rain stopped and told him I wanted them to do the job. No response. A week later I texted again. No response. A week later I called and left a message. No response. I was pleased with the low price but that doesn't really matter if the job never even gets started. Strange.

When they finished painting the interior of our house I noticed that some pieces of my jewelry were missing!! This is especially upsetting because they were from my Mother. In all the years we have had various people do work for us we have never experienced theft. Beware if you hire this group!
Also, when they were finished a couple of light switches were not working & they claimed that they weren't working before which is not true.

My home was built in the mid 70s and the front was covered with wood shingles and other wood based architectural details that were in desperate need of maintenance/replacement.
