Services
American cockroaches normally live outdoors and are extremely common in Houston because of the ideal temperatures, humidity and damp habitats. They love sewers and areas of decaying mulch from our landscapes. Roaches can be managed by integrated pest practices but are still usually able to find possible entry points under doors, if the weather stripping is damaged, around windows, through the siding, or along the roof line.
The bodies of mature fire ants, are divided into three sections: the head, the thorax, and the abdomen, with three pairs of legs and a pair of antennae. Fire ants can be distinguished from other ants, by their copper brown head and body with a darker abdomen. Fire ants often attack small animals and can kill them.
Fruit flies can be a problem year round, but are especially common during late summer/fall because they are attracted to ripened or fermenting fruits and vegetables. Their lifespan is about 30 days. Fruit flies are common in homes, restaurants, supermarkets and wherever else food is allowed to rot and ferment.
Spiders are detrimental to our ecosystem because they are predators that help nature control the bug populations but for most, they are not wanted in or around our homes. By minimizing the bug populations through our recurring service and constantly removing the webs we are able to keep them out of those areas.
Silverfish are a light blue / silvery color and their movement slightly resembles that of a fish which is where the name came from. They are most commonly found in kitchen cabinets, laundry room, bathrooms, closets, and offices or areas with paper products. When eating their mandibles scrape their food which can cause holes in clothes.

We attempted service with Naturalcare for several months. We really really liked their people's professionalism and service approach. Unfortunately, their product did not work for our home with it's large trees, older structure and giant roaches. We had to have repeat visits and it just never got to the point of being pest free. I attempted to collect some sort of refund, especially after our new service jumped in an is working in our attic and doing things that Naturalcare never even tried. I was ignored for my request to get some of our wasted money back. I can't recommend them even though many

Ever since we switched to this company we’ve been insect free!
We had a pretty severe ant infestation in the middle of last year and with one visit they knocked it out completely. We have been doing quarterly sprays and haven’t seen any insects since!
I highly recommend this company, they are all super friendly too!

Love Naturalcare Pest Control. The products are effective yet safe for my two kids, cats and the hubby and I. These guys have been awesome since day one. Very easy to work with and very responsive. They are a family-owned business and care about you and your needs. I recommend to anyone that asks for a recommendation about a pest control service. They don't use harsh chemicals. It is all organic-based which is great for us since we have at any given time 4 to 6 dogs. I finally don't have to worry about them getting sick from chemicals that many services use.

We just purchased a house in the Heights and on our first night in our new home we were awakened by the sound of rats in the attic and the walls.
