My rental house owner has a service schedule with Amrid to spray quarterly for pests. While they do have a service window of a few hours, we've never had a problem with them not coming, and usually, I get a phone call when they are on their way to our house. The 2 different people that come to our house are always polite, explain what they're doing and give options of treating anything outside what the basic plan covers. I highly recommend Amrid. Paul, who initially came out to my home is a straight shooter. He told me what the problem was and how to fix it. I'm the kind of person who ask lots of questions. He was knowledgable and patient. The price was fair. The service technician was punctual and professional. The termites are gone.
Amrid offered a warranty.
The large company that advertises daily would not offer a warranty because of the presence of termites. That's why I went with Amrid. No regrets!!

If you are a person of color this small business is not the place to do business. The owner is a raging racist and so are the employees. We needed services done for a small office building and i called for a qoute and she gave me one and the next day i went up there for my supervisor and they were very rude and nonchalant when they gave me a totally different price than what we discussed over the phone (talked to the same lady). Called terminex and the gave me a slightly lower price than their original. This place is a joke

The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly. Technician that came to the house was friendly and knowledgeable, demonstrated he cared about fixing our problem. Offers 30 day guarantee on the treatment. Our landlord has used them before and I would use them again.

Great expertise and very honest! They really inspect your house including crawling space, which other very famous brands usually do not do. Also they really tell you what treatment is needed even if this is a treatment they do not offer. An another very famous brand tends to keep recommending the only treatment they offer even when not appropriate

The did a termite inspection for us after we had seen crawlers for a few weeks. They were prompt in scheduling, professional, and really too the time to be thorough and to explain what they were seeing. Thank goodness no permanent residents were found. They did find a few potential problem areas, and suggested how we could mitigate these easily. No hassling about signing long term deals, no product upsells. When you call them, you talk to an actual person who understands the business, and its clear that your call actually is important. I will absolutely use them again for pest control services
