Prompt, receptionist friendly and worked with my schedule.
The technician courteous, worked quickly and the price was right! However, a problem arose in that the tech needed to come back and do a more thorough job on a line - the first time tech returned and worked at it. Again, I had the same problem and tried to reach Ron's. Messages left and no one returned my call. It was a Fri, the beginning of Labor Day weekend and no response on Sat either. I ended up having to call out another company.

We just moved into our home and the shower in the guest bathroom wouldn't work. I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. The fee was very reasonable and they were able to fix the shower and a loose faucet in no time. Our technician Jeff was pleasant and professional. I will use them again.
