Foulke Construction was started by H. Scott Foulke in 1994. Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 1988. He never lost the love of building that grew from working college summers as a carpenter and in industrial construction shortly after.

Scott Foulke is meticulous in handling building permits, subcontractor schedules, and in troubleshooting problems that may arise. I know from experience the nightmare that can result from hiring a general contractor without Scott's experience and attention to detail. I highly recommend Foulke Construction.
