First off, this company serves communities outside of Sarasota. Their response was quick, courteous and above all the repairman was competent, addressed the problem and was not trying to "up sell" or dream up any repair that wasn't needed, his work was of quality and parts he installed were not cheap in their materials. He answered all questions and actually talked to the customer with respect and useful information. The rate charged was very reasonable and I highly recommend.

We bought our home in the spring and a friend told us we should have our garage door reinforced. I picked out someone on the internet and spoke with a very friendly gentleman, Frank. This is the very first garage I've ever had and Frank explained everything I needed to know and sent his son, Robert to look at our door.
