I did not feel safe with the way they handle information. They wanted me to send my Drivers license and Social Security card number to the workers PERSONAL Phone number. Before I came in I called and asked if they had any Honda Civic EXs and they told me they have a lot. 4 hours go by looking for the Honda civics they said they had. We finally found one and went back and continued to sit there for 2 more hours. Own a car advertise the "no score no more" this place was a joke, not your average car dealerships, you walk in to the main office and they have desks scattered all over the place, you are literally neck to neck with other individuals trying to purchase a car. Warning if you ask the rep "them" NOT to run a credit check until they run the numbers first, with us it was via Capital one financing, and they ignore you then the result is a hard hit on your credit report.
We were interested in a car but we needed to see what the monthly payments would look like. We reiterated so many times, dont run the credit check until we can get some rough costs. They ignored this and capital one ran a credit check and now we have a hard hit on our credit report.

If you want to get played and pay more be my guest I bought at car around February and my car payment hasn't went down when i called and asked they told me " you're only paying 100 for your car and the rest is for the interest rate." Mind you I never missed a car payment EVER...my payments for my car monthly are $400....and you're telling me that only $100 is going to my CAR payment... and the rest is for my interest rate....makes sense DONT go here the cars are cheap BUT the interest rate isn't...

Take your business else where, these people are total scammers. Check kbb prices & read all documentation. No reason a 2018 SI with 50k miles should be 30k with "financing fees" lmao. When we refused the deal Alan got hurt by it because nor he or Anzo could work hard enough to persuade us to take the overly priced car. Hopefully they didn't get their feelings hurt too much by our denial of their unprofessional & illegal services.

Terrible experience! Extremely slow, and their car dealer jimmy was unprofessional! We had a trade in and our credit score was 799, but never in the three hours we were there did we get to negotiations. Went to a different dealer right after and less than 2 hours later were driving home in a new vehicle. If you want to waste your time, be approached by rude people, and get offered luke warm water, by all means come to this dealership, otherwise STAY AWAY!

My husband and I went car shopping for my first vehicle. I was very adamant about getting a jeep and Moe took us right to a very nice and clean one. Moe greeted us right away and was ready to make sure we felt comfortable in making a decision. (As a first time buyer, it can be scary!) the whole process went quickly and he was efficient and respected our boundaries of what we wanted to pay and did not pressure us. I will be referring my family and friends to this lot for their future purchases! And ask for Moe if you can!

Never going back. They pulled out one car for me to test drive and because i said it was a nice car they were trying to coerce me into signing paperwork. They also tried selling me a 2015 Kia with 78K miles for 18,999, when i found a similar one in BETTER condition at carmax for 12,999. the whole place just seems really sketch. And most importantly i do not recommend going to the sales rep Jimmy.

Def need to keep tabs on the people they employ and how those people represent themselves in the community. Patrick Parks writes reviews on companies that he isnt even a customer of because he doesnt agree with their covid 19 policies. In a time like this when small businesses are struggling to stay open and it is sad to see someone would act this way. We had to block him because of his continued harassment per the attached pictures.

Shady dealings when it comes to the LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. I bought my Jeep less than 3 months ago, and took it in for the required 75000 service. Having never owned a Jeep, I opted for the dealership for my first service, and they were great. They did, however find an issue with the powertrain. Unfortunately, Own-a-Car would not warranty the work without a diagnostic from the mechanic first, and because they would have to take apart the head, the diagnostic ALONE would be over 500. Do not ever buy a car here. They do not fill up your car unless you give them a 5 star review. On your way out then and only then will they give you a 20.00 card to fill up across the street yourself. I would not trust the reviews because they are forced in order to give you good reviews. We walked out without the 20.00 we are free to tell you how it REALLY is. Be cautious they put a TRACKER on your car. Unless you want them knowing exactly where your at then by all means feel free to buy here.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. I went in originally for a gift for my wife. Wife was not with me. After second guessing it thought she should pick out the car of her choice. That being said the car in question imo was a good deal, low miles, according to sales person no accidents that shows up on carfax. Get to wheeling and dealing and took it home for myself, traded my car in for it. While filling out the paperwork half way it is disclosed that it has been in a accident where airbags were deployed, but where it gets weird is if there was no front end or frame damage it doesn&apos

Bought a 40,000 truck This Spring. Day before the shutdown. When our registration came in the mail, we removed the window sticker, only to find a crack hidden under the paper.
Called & was told, nothing they could do. We got it fixed thru our insurance.
Never got the second set of keys...Told we could order some. Very expensive.
Two weeks ago we needed to use the spare. Surprise! No spare tire.
Bought a new set of tires plus an extra rim so we'd have a spare. Attempted to put the spare in the spare tire space. Surprise! No assembly to attach the tire.

I wish I could give them no stars! The customer service we received from Giovanni was horrible! From the start, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not listening to our wants and needs. When we signed the paperwork on a Friday, he told us the bank had approved us. On the following Monday, he informed us that the bank had NOT approved us and we had to return the car. It was such a disappointment! He then tried to show us other cars. But at this point, we didn't want anything to do with this place let alone this lying salesman.
