What happens if I cancel or change my membership prior to the second recurring scheduled visit? You will be charged the difference for a one time cleaning at the current one time cleaning rate. On very rare occasions, some cans are EXTREMELY dirty. It can take a few cleanings to fully remove the built-up grime from these cans that haven't been cleaned in several years.

We used Trash Can Cleaning company for a little over a year before deciding we could probably just do the (nasty) job ourselves. They are communicative, reliable, and professional, and we've been so pleased with our service. Before deciding to go with Trash Can Cleaning Company, I shopped around a bit to get the best price. I was pleased with their reasonable rates and upfront pricing - no quote needed! Should we decide that our trash cans are too gross to deal with ourselves, we know exactly who to call!

Emailed to skip the service for the month of December and although I emailed in advance to cancel, they attempted to collect payment for the service that I had cancelled two times. When I emailed to inquire why they were train to collect payment, Brian responded and said that the service wasn’t rendered because I hadn’t paid. When I responded that I had actually cancelled for the month, he said, “ok either way, payment wasn’t collected”.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My trash cans smelt disgusting and had an odor even when empty. It was night and day after the first treatment, instead of having to hold my breath while taking the trash out and running away to a safe area to breath, I was greeted with a fresh scent of lavender that actually smelt good and not like trash mixed with air freshener. It just smelt clean!
Look forward to my next treatment and would recommend to anyone. Well worth the money, I promise!

Worth every penny all around. They are super helpful with questions and respond in a timely manner. I live in an apartment complex where people frequently help themselves (some of course was my own doing) and my trash can was pretty gross. It looks and smells almost brand new. Another bonus is the company is veteran owned - thank you for your service and your awesome company :)
