My name is Ryan Johnson and I am the owner and founder of Thee Window Ninjas. I started the business in August of 2018 shortly after returning home form serving an LDS Mission and before marrying my beautiful and amazing wife, Brittney. I choose Thee Window Ninjas based purely off of reviews for a local window cleaning company. They were available quickly (right before Christmas!) and communication has been outstanding! They did a beautiful job on my windows and were very accommodating after the big holiday rain for a retouch. I will be using them regularly and I have already referred them! It is so nice to do business with such attentive folks!

I saw all the great reviews on the web so i booked a window cleaning with them. I had all of my windows replaced and i own a single floor 2400 sqft home with about 13-15 windows.
the gentleman that came out was not very friendly. he was super nonchalant about his job. i asked him about the cleaning details and he tells me that he only cleans the windows only. he doesn't open the window to clean the tracks or the window border where the vinyl sits. i was taken aback by this limited service.
I checked on his work and there were more than 1 window with poor cleaning.
I've never reviewed anything

They removed and cleaned the screens, washed the window's inside and out, there are no streaks and any water stains, dirt and debris from the storms are now all gone! Had my solar panels cleaned. 22 Panels. It looked good at the time (at least better than how it was before) but later noticed some water marks still left over on a few panels with dirt but I didn't want to ask to fix as we were in the mist of leaving the house and didn't have the time to wait. One thing to note, that it did rain a few nights ago and the panels look way better then it was when it was cleaned. I would've thought it would be the other way around. Anyhow, thank you though for your services. Much appreciated it.

Great company to work with! They installed beautiful Christmas lights as a surprise for my parents. They worked with me so that my parents were very surprised and happy! My mom said their house looked so beautiful she cried and that it made her day. That says it all!! They installed roofline lights on my parent’s 2 story home in less than an hour and a half!! Amazing! Thank you Ryan, Teri, Payton and Chance…your customer service is top notch. Everyone should support this company and use their local businesses! Great job!

Our realtor had recommended two window cleaners. Without hesitation I chose Thee Window Ninjas based on the name of course. Upon calling, Teri answered the phone "Good morning. This is Thee Window Ninjas and I'm having a great day. How can I make yours great." Really? First I was so happy that the phone was answered and second I was thrilled that I was able to get an appointment within my time limit. She succeeded in making my day great that's for sure.
