I recently had my personal house and my vacation rental house cleaned by Joel & Kale and they were so great!!! Joel is so nice and thorough and he was soooooo easy to work with! The prices are fantastic and there was no surprise charges like other companies have. I will absolutely have him back at both homes on a regular basis!!

Integrity at their core. Joel cares about his customers and 100% stands behind his work. After the grout completely dried 24 hours later, some particularly high traffic areas were not as clean as I had hoped. Joel, without hesitation, scheduled a return visit and in the meantime did not cash our check. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied before being paid for his service. Very early in the year we decided to get our carpets cleaned and scheduled an appt. with Riggs Services. The day before someone was supposed to come to the house I sent an e-mail (using the original conversation) confirming the time. Netty replied, rather unapologetically, that she forgot to set up our appt. Good thing I had sent an inquiry or else I would have been sitting home all morning for a "no show." There's a little more to the short story, but in conclusion we decided against using them for the job.

I needed some sofas, chairs and rugs cleaned since we have pets who climb all over our stuff. It all needed some refreshing. Joel and Netty took care of us. I texted some pics of the offending filth and got scheduled. Joel was prompt, polite and was cool wearing a mask while here. The furniture and rugs have new life now, and they're all ready for my dog and cats to make new stains on. Oh, and they were competitively priced as well, which is huge. These days seems like you get these randomly high prices (why?) and randomly low prices (which is great but sometimes you get what you pay for)

I had a really disgusting rug that i loved. I knew I needed someone who could clean the dog urine out of it (apartment living is great). So it obviously needed a deep cleaning. They came to my house and did the rug and a chair and ottoman for me. Super professional and friendly people. I also love that it's a family business since I come from small family owned businesses as well. My rug looks brand new and so does my chair!

UPDATE, July 2017: My tenants moved out, and the house looked great except for the half-eaten sandwich in the windowsill and the black carpet splotches in the living room. It's as if they did all of their spilling in a 5 x 5 area. After my experience last summer, I knew exactly who to call: Carpet Jesus.

Found this company via Yelp reviews when I needed our carpets cleaned and I'm so glad I did!! We are moving into our new house and the sellers didn't have the carpets cleaned before they left like they said they would so I needed them cleaned before we move our furniture in. I have had Riggs Services to my home on multiple occasions - I wouldn't use anyone else. They are always willing to work around my schedule and my schedule can be quite hectic at times. When I had Joel clean my sofa I was amazed at how it came out. It didn't really look dirty - just dull and it looked practically new when he finished.
I love how nice my carpets look when they are done and how quickly they dry when he is finished. Usually it takes forever for them to dry. Joel is always very considerate of my home and wears covers on his shoes. I will not have anyone else in my home.

Awesome service by Netty and Joel Riggs. Netty is the force behind this duo. Without her, the kids would starve and Joel would be sitting on a street corner holding a " Will work for food" sign. ( Just kidding). But they really are a great team. Joel can get just about any stain ( or smell) imaginable out of a carpet. Professional, and nice, and QUALITY work for a very reasonable price. You will not be disappointed.

Talk about an upstanding and honest company. If you want a company you can open the door and leave for them to work or sit and joke with while they clean the couch or floor then you found them. Joel is extremely honest, funny and a real hoot to watch clean. (if you are nice he might dance with he cleans) This is the only company I am completely comfortable having my house open to at any time.

Rigg's was referred to me & thats how I like to do business. I contacted the owner and we set up an appt for the next morning. The morning of, the tech called me to inform me he was running late and asked if that was ok. Good customer service-Better knowing than waiting around and getting upset. Showed up and was ready to work. Very presentable and clean. We set up the love seat and he was able to get all the questionable stains out of this gem I had found and purchased for a project. Cost was $100 to clean a love seat so I believe that was pretty fair. Overall, a wonderful experience
