Eric did an amazing job. We have two dogs and three cats so you can imagine what our carpet looked like. When Eric was finished the carpet looked amazing. Eric was friendly, professional, and did amazing quality work. He was also here the time he said he would be. I have no complaints. I recommend this company 100%. Eric did an amazing job! He was so professional, very personable, easy to talk to and answered all questions I had. He was quick and the carpets look amazing ( even after 3 dogs, cats, and a kid). I would 100% recommend using ruggeek and will be calling again in the future!! Did i mention he was able to come out the needy day after talking to him at 9 pm the previous night!!

I had a great experience with having 8 smoked damaged rugs cleaned. They were able to do an anti bacterial treatment, which also solved a possible mold concern we had with the rugs. They can am beautiful with no odors whatsoever. Very satisfied. Thank you, and I will always be a great reference.
