I live in a lynnfield and must say they are the BEST Roofing Company in the area. They completed my house a few years ago and it has been perfect since.
I have referred a 3 families on roofing and they were glad they talked to me. They told me that they were very satisfied l, which is very hard to come by in the Contractor Business.

Great price, quality roof work. The crew however was careless on clean up. Many nails , pack of nails left in gutters hanging from trees and in the back yard. Note covered your attic with tarp, our attic was covered in dirt, debris and nails after the job was done. When asked about the clean I was told they do not clean up after themselves and it was in the proposal. She was not very nice about it. It would have been nice if they told us to put tarps down in person before our belongings got covered. Roof looks good and it was done in a day.

Duval put a roof on our new house 9 years ago. Supposedly it has a 30 year warranty. Shingles started flying off after 7 years. We have called repeatedly to ask them to send someone out to look at it. All we get is "we will call you back when we can send someone" 2 years later a lot more shingles missing and keep calling them, they don't even bother to call back. Buyer beware your 30 year warranty is not going to be honored and your roof won't make 10 years.

So impressed and so grateful I called Duval roofing. I had a leak in my roof and called for estimates from 3 separate companies. Kim was pleasant, informative and so calming when I was beginning to to lose my mind about my leaky roof. She said that she would send someone out to take a look and let me know what to expect. Ken and his staff were so helpful in explaining what my options were; the time frame they gave me was fair and accurate, and the job was perfect. After the horrible winter we had after the roof replacement

Once again I am very pleased with my new roof installation on my new house. The workmanship was great.

The office staff was very helpful and the crew were very professional and neat.
All of the other contractors that I previously contacted would try and push the one brand of materials they had in stock and try and promote it as the best
Duval would carry all the major brands at the same price and let the homeowner choose the particular brand and style.

My son, who is a construction engineer, was babysitting our house when the installation was done and he was very impressed by the speed, work ethic and cleanup. Very happy. But now with this admittedly extreme weather, I have leaks around vent pipes and leaking due to ice dams that I was told I would never have to worry about again. And now I call Duval and the message is "We can only respond to calls from Reading and North Reading." YOU INSTALLED MY ROOF! IS THIS HOW YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT?!
