Precision A/C

I had a major leaking issue where the previous A/C company couldn’t figure out what was the problem, I called precision A/C and made an appointment, as soon as Mr. Munoz arrived and examined the unite, he discovered the problem right away, he explained what needs to be done and couple days later the issue was fixed.

Phillip and Andrew were great, very professional and not only answered all of my questions but looked into my unit and hands on check out some concerns I had about my Ac/ductwork . They did a great job and left a very minimal dust leftover after they cleaned my Ac ducts, very good priced in comparison to other companies. I highly recommend and will use them in future if I need any Ac maintenance. The house feels cleaner already.

All I can say is unbelievable! They showed up on time, they was very polite, respectful and professional. They were at the door with masks and booties at hand. They looked at my AC unit in 15 minutes they diagnose the problem. They had the part in their truck! Didn't have to wait days for it, that's a plus in my book. Precision AC personnel were incredibly helpful from the very second I called about my AC being out. They were responsive and came out the very next morning to assess the situation and they offered tiered solutions to serve my needs.

By far the best company I have ever dealt with . My air conditioner broke and they came to my house the same day I called. They diagnosed my problem on a Friday and by Monday , they where at my house . They really care about the customer and provided an excellent customer service experience. My son has really bad allergies and asthma and even though my house is relatively new, I needed my air ducts cleaned. They were able to add me to the schedule right away, the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. My first experience with ac company and I can say I will be a long time customer. Precision AC was so easy to work with and affordable! They were quick to answer their phone, same day service (literally arrived 15 minutes after we called), and fixed our AC with a new part while they were here. Precision Air was one of the only companies available to come out so soon when our studio needed assistance. They provided a thorough hour long assessment and estimate, and were very helpful about discussing the root cause of the issue. Through our rental agreement we ended up having to use another A/C company to fix our issue.
