I have been a plumbing contractor for 22 years, 16 of which have been in South Florida. This business has always been family-run. We currently employ six plumbers and have four work vans on the road. We had a cast iron pipe break under our house and Equal Rooter was recommended to us from a family member's friend. Kevin and his team were very informative and easy to get in touch with. They came out and did a fantastic job replacing our broken lines and cleaning out a clog that was further down than I could reach. Great job, excellent service, very honest price! Kevin is the best plumber ever! We had a leak in the guest bathroom of our apartment in West Palm Beach. We had an issue with our drains backing up into our home. Of course this happened on a Sunday night. We called expecting an answering machine and instead the owner answered and said he would be out in the morning. He was there at 9 am and got right to work. We have used them before and have always had great success. We highly recommend them and will use them again any time we have a plumbing problem!

I am pleased with the service and reliability of Equal Rooter. They installed a brand new 1500 gallon sceptic tank for me and they sure know what they are doing. This was a big job and I wasnt sure who to trust but Kevin made me feel very comfortable the first-time we met and we selected hid company Equal Rooter. I will call them for other plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink had been draining slow for the longest time to the point where it got clogged completely. I contacted Kevin on a Sunday and first thing Monday morning his technician Andrew came to my house fixed the issue. He clearly explain what he was doing, how everything works and gave me some preventive maintenance tips. I've had a very positive experience with this company and highly recommend it.
