We are licensed and Insured Contractors based in the city and county of San Francisco. We specialize and provide backflow testing, repair, and replacement. We are recognized by the SFDPH (San Francisco Department of Public Health) and the SFPUC (San Francisco Public Utilities Commission) as certified backflow testers.
It is important to provide safety to our potable water source. I will use C&L Plumbing every year when I need my sprinkler system to be inspected. Allen called me a minute right after I asked for a yelp quote. His pricing is GREAT! Allen was super responsive and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He's super responsive over email and his clear communication made the whole process easy. When we couldn't find out backflow testing forms he even offered to contact the water department directly to get our PIC number. Will definitely be coming back next year

Needed to get an inspection done on our backflow valve and was recommended by our family plumber to Allen at C&L, gave him a call and got a response in a quick and timely manner. I let him know what needed to be done, and he told me when he can come out and take a look. He came by at our scheduled time and took care of the inspection quickly. Efficiency is always appreciated.

I received notice from the city on doing a backflow test. Not knowing what this was, but was referred to C&L by a relative, Allen took care of everything from beginning to end.
