Disappointed in the results from Echo Pest Control. I signed a 12 month contract to receive a discount for my services. After the initial spray I was told I will see more bugs/pests. I did see a large influx. They returned around 30 days later to disrupt the egg cycle and I was told I should see a large decrease in pests after this. I did not. They… are also supposed to clean webs off of walls, and corners of the house and they didn’t even touch most of them. I also had started to have a vole problem and asked if they could take care of it for me and I was told that would be an additional

I’ve been really disappointed in echo pest. We asked them to help with a mole problem and they came out to set traps. First day they didn’t have enough traps and had to come back. They moved them around a few times and then the traps disappeared while they were “waiting to see if there is any more activity”. I’ve still got mole activity all over my yard. It was an expensive service and when I asked for a refund, even a partial refund, they completely refused and said “there is no guarantee with our services”. I haven’t run into a lack of customer service like that for many years

I had someone come to my door selling services. I had a handful of stink bugs at the time, but nothing to really worry about. But, I thought, what the heck, I may as well have them take care of those and then it would take care of what I was not able to see also...in case there was anything. They did their first treatment and when he was ready to leave I asked him if he had sprayed around the French doors.....he said he had not because there were 2 laundry baskets there and he could just do it on their next visit or if I saw anything, I could just call them out again.. I've been using them for 2 years now. They come out every quarter spray the perimeter and clean the outside of cobwebs if any. I have only had them spray inside twice. They will come in every time but I don't need it. The outside spray does an excellent job at keeping the house pest free. Best company I have used by far.
