There is a steep first-time cost, but if you retain their services for ~1.5 to 2 years they become one of the cheapest options for pest control services in the long run. I was looking for a long-term affordable pest control company and they definitely fit the bill.

Critical: Responsiveness
Attempted to contact this business based on their near-5-star reviews but apparently they don't take calls from anyone without a 402 area code. It's a small minded approach when there is no reason for anyone to change their cellphone number when they move anymore. I'm sure there are more professional options for pest control.

I called several companies and had to leave messages. I didn't hear back from them. I found this company, which had the most and the best reviews. A person actually answered the phone and a technician arrived several hours later, exactly when they were supposed to. The technician was nice, professional and answered my questions. A plus was that my crazy chihuahua who barks at and lunges at everyone, followed him around, then stood by him when he talked. Unbelievable. She likes someone. In my book, that was the best recommendation.

I have used Quality Pest Control multiple times. They are very knowledgeable and very prompt service. They are very customer first and have always been good to me. My assigned technician is Dave and he was great. He answered all my questions and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

They were awesome! Super fast & efficient. The technician was here about an hour after I called. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Will definitely use again if the need arises!

I was misled with the terms of my service contract with pricing and the number of visits, so chose to terminate the contract early. The contract clearly shows I would be billed every other month, but then was getting billed monthly and was told it was because they determined they needed to make monthly visits and not bimonthly.
After terminating the contract I was told that I would still have a one year warranty from the date of termination. A home inspection found that they had never even addresses my attic space on their consultation or any following service visits, and that there were mice

Quality Pest Control is fantastic! We have a regular service contract with them and had an issue this fall with clover mites. I contacted them at 5 pm and they had techs out the following day before 11 a.m. to treat the problem, for free no less, since we use them for annual service. Customer service is always excellent and the techs are always very friendly. Highly, highly recommended!

Very professional and thorough. Excellent customer service. Very honest and organized. We contacted them about a case of bed bugs in our home and they explained everything in detail before we agreed to their services. Very communicative with us and we knew what the next steps were throughout the treatment. It worked and we're so grateful! Needless to say, we strongly recommend them and their personalized service.

I didn't even realize how great they were before calling. I googled on BBB for this type of business and came across them, A+. Well BBB isn't always the best indication but in this case, yes! I would give them an A+ in customer service, professionalism and, dedicating time and even when short staffed coming out at a last minute call at day's end to help me figure out if/what pest problem I had.
