Good company. Reps were responsive and friendly. Appreciate that they did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. Would consider again for future needs but not a slam dunk.

My garage door (two years old), started coming off the tracks a month ago. Work was busy so I only got to address the issue today. Called the folks at 'Garage Door Hero' and they were on the issue immediately. Raphael showed up on time as promised, we went through what he thought the problem was, and in an hour the door was back to staying on its tracks :)
Props to the company for explaining the minimum charge ahead of time and for not trying to upsell me anything not needed. I will be doing more business with Garage Door Hero in the future for all these reasons.

I originally decided to go with Garage Door Hero because it had so many good reviews on Yelp. However after only two short months after they installed my new door I noticed issues with the door and noticed that the material was defected. I of course called Brandon to see if it was covered under warranty and he had one of his technicians come out and assess the door. They told me it wasn't covered by warranty (surprise surprise) and that I'd need to purchase a new door. The compromise Brandon offered was basically purchase a new door at "wholesale price" which he quoted me

My wife called them to come and fix our garage door. The cable is off and spring need rebalance. In the phone they told us $180 for 90 days warranty that just covered labor. We said yes. One day later, they come here and marked up price for $200 and just give us 7 days warranty. I told the worker we already had a deal in phone, and that guy said he will contact his boss, and 5 mins later he just told me he could not contact his boss for some reason and just left. Well who wants spent more than $200 just for a spring balance and put cable back place, and 7 days warranty, and with horrible services

They install a new Liftmaster garage door opener last year and it has been working fine. Recently it had problems opening and closing due to a roofing contractor doing work in my garage door area and tweaked the settings . Brandon at garage door hero took my call and he set up a technician to come out three days later and the issue was resolved. Unfortunately this was not under warranty because it exceeded one year. Rafael and Brandon the owner both were very professional. I paid $140 for the service call And garage door adjustments.

My new home's garage door weather strip was in tatters and the door was very loud when raising and lowering.

Had a great experience with Brandon and Marcos today on an emergency repair of my garage door, which went off the tracks. GDH was the only company open at 7 am when I called and Brandon was able to squeeze me in. Marcos showed up on time and clearly and calmly explained the issue that caused the door to jump the track and what he will do to fix it and prevent it from occurring again in the future. I appreciate the last minute service call and the professionalism from these guys. Highly recommended.

Had a small issue with our garage door. Called GDH and they asked me to send a pic of my issue. Got a quote back in less than 30 minutes. I asked if they would come on a certain day. They did. Rafael came out and repaired my door in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to ensure it was working at maximum efficiency. He lubed the rollers and the tracks and it is so much quieter. The dogs now don't hear me sneak in through the garage any longer!

Called this company and left a voicemail to get information on garage door repair and haven't received a call back yet. It's been over 48 hours, so I've decided to move on to another company. Not a good sign on their level of service if you can't get a call back. It's a bummer because they had some good reviews.

Great service by this company. I had a 15 year old garage with broken tension springs, Brandon gave me a good estimate over the phone and had it fixed up quick. In addition gave a tune up and I cannot believe how quiet it is now. And it seals at the bottom all the way across, whereas before there was a barely noticeable small gap on one side that allowed debris in during high Santa Ana winds (and I live in Santa Ana). Found this business on Craigslist which is hit or miss - thankfully this was a HIT!
Spoke with Brandon to schedule, he was very accommodating.
Marcos came to install, he arrived on time, was super friendly/professional, and did a great job!
He also showed me how to maintain the door to avoid repairs!

These guys are awesome. Raphael did a repair on both of my springs, and he even went the extra mile and moved one of my support bars to the top of the garage door because it wasn’t installed properly by someone else. He offered to do it for free too. These guys came the same day and installed everything in the time window they said, and charge me the exact price they quoted when I booked the appointment. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door services.
