Garage door wouldn't close after storm. Thank goodness just loose rails. Eric was her on time ,clean super nice and very informative to future work. I would definitely call united garage doors again. Hopefully won't need them anytime soon. Eric fixed my problem in less then 5 minutes. He knew what to look for.

Our technician Eric was prompt and very professional. He explained what was wrong thoroughly. Although our home warranty did not cover the repairs, they were reasonably priced. They were also able to service our garage door on short notice so we were very thankful. We will definitely use them for our future garage door needs.

My garage door had a broken spring, and then the garage door opener pulled the bracket off the door, damaging the door at that spot. First American Home Warranty sent out United Garage Door. The person said the door was unrepairable. I asked him to fix the spring and they wouldn't unless I BOUGHT A NEW DOOR FOR $1299. Said it was a legal liability!! BS ON THAT ONE! I asked why he couldn't put a new bracket around the old bracket and he said no, not repairable! I called another garage repair company that I used in the past. HE PUT ON A NEW BRACKET FOR $25.00 then replaced the spring

I highly recommend United Garage Door. They provided top quality service and professionalism. Eric the technician was amazing! He was very friendly and I appreciate his willingness to take his time to explain and demonstrate the issue with our garage door. Their pricing was fair with a 1 year warranty. Yesterday, United Garage Doors sent a service tech to repair 2 broken openers at my house for American Home Shield. The repair tech, Eric, was on time, and very professional and personable. He looked at the opener(s), gave an estimate of the time required for the repair, had all the necessary parts and quickly repaired both units. I couldn't be more impressed.

I came across United Garage Door when Exit Garage door was called by my home warranty company Old Republic, to fix my garage door at my rental home in wine country Temecula. I have three garage doors. Only my center garage door refused to close which nothing in my vision could see why it refused to close (like something was in the way , but nothing was there). The other two doors already performed very smoothly, best opening and closing I ever experienced.

This company was sent out by my insurance company. First they said they could not show up for 5 days. My car was stuck inside the garage and we could not open the door. They showed up and all they tried to do was up sell me and try to get me to pay seperately and not use the insurance. The technition who was dressed in a suit was not even a technition. He was here less than 5 minutes and told me unless I paid he could not do the repair under my insurance. This company wasted 5 days of my time and had no interest in fixing my door unless I paid them big money. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from

Our garage door needed some repair. We had a small dent towards the bottom of it and needed a new retainer. Joe came out within a few days to give us an estimate and had the entire garage door repaired a few days after that. Very professional and reasonable prices. We ended up getting new garage door rollers too. Would highly recommend!

A spring in our garage door snapped on Saturday. Our home warranty company sent a tech from this company, who came on Tuesday. He took one look at our garage and said he doesn't work on that brand. Told us to call our warranty company and left. Ten minutes later, guy has the audacity to come back and try to sell us on a whole new system so we don't have to go through the home warranty company again!
I call my warranty company and they now say our plan doesn't cover "that spring". They tell me they have to get the report back from United garage before they can make

My experience was much different that the reviews. I had them come out for a home warranty call and Home warranty told me they said it wasn’t covered by United garage doors with a vague explanation just so they didn’t have to do the work. My home warranty company sent out a 2nd opinion and they fixed it on the spot. Don’t recommend this place.

I needed a company to replace my broken spring and this company was local so I gave them a try. They were very professional and reasonably priced. The technician took his time and even did free maintenance. I’m planning on upgrading my machine soon and they gave me and estimate while he fixed my spring. Would highly recommend if your looking for a affordable yet professional Garage Door company.
