I've worked with Hai a few times and he's always been excellent. Fun to talk to, friendly, and professional. He knows his stuff.
His wife is ok. Not very responsive and is all over the place with her communication. She needs to be more organized, professional and better at communication. The worker knows what he's doing, but he's rude.
Way to treat someone who has done at least 6 jobs with them.

My tenant's garage door in Garden Grove broke and was in bad shape. I thought I needed a new door and I needed something done immediately as it was stuck open. I called several places and the soonest anyone could get there was in 2 days. I called HT door and spoke to Tess. She was extremely responsive, friendly and honest. When I sent her some pics of the door she said they could just fix it, saving me over $1,000. Also, they came that same day and did wonderful work. I would highly recommend this company, as they were fantastic to work with.

HT provided such great services. The spring to my garage door broke and they were able to provide same day services . Friendly staffs and very knowledgeable of their products. Pricey but your get what u paid for. I had it done 5days ago and this morning I was having trouble closing my garage door with an error message that no one understands . I called HT right away and he was able to guide me thru the phone to resolve the problem, at no charge. So sweet. Thx again for your excellent services HT GARAGE DOOR.

I was referred to HT Garage from one of my neighbors. Hai and his wife were very accommodating, they went above and beyond to not only fix the broken bars which caused my garage door to sloop down in the middle, but also fixed the top bent corner which prevented the door from closing shut. For years I've tried to fix the bent corner but was told it's not fixable, but Hai fixed it!

This is the 2nd time I use HT. I had a good experience with them almost 8 years ago. Then my door springs broke recently and so I call them again. Like last time, it was a pleasure to work with Hai and Tess. They are both nice people. Hai knows a lot about garage doors and he was very thorough. He made sure to adjust and lube the springs, the door, and the opener and he showed me many maintenance skills. He even told me what light bulbs to use on the opener. He said that the wrong bulbs can cause static and fry the motherboard or interfere with the remote control frequency! Thanks!

My garage door was a mess. It was bad enough that two of the wheels fell off the rails and the rails on both sides were bent. It was a nightmare since it happened late at night and the door won't close. I'm surprised at how heavy the door is. It was quite a feat to just close the broken door. The best I could do was closed it lopsidedly with one side with a gap of 6" while the other was 1'. I'm glad I was able to get an appointment on the same day to get my door fix. The door close properly now and I feel much safer. Thanks H&T. Your service is great appreciated.

I normally don't post reviews but I have to say Hai did an excellent job on installing our garage door opener and servicing the garage door. It was a very old door that had not been opened in years but somehow he managed to get it to work. He was very professional. Gave me a very good price and communication was a breeze. Hai and his wife were great! Tess was so helpful over the phone. We needed a new garage opener and Tess helped me pick the right model for our house. I was able to book an appointment the next day for installation. They are so flexible with their availability and put their customer's needs first. Overall great service from Hai and Tess at HT Garage. Had someone plow their vehicle into my garage destroying my door, frame, track, and car. They responded very quickly to remove the old door and track so I could retrieve my car. Unfortunately on my end, my HOA was very slow in getting the framing fixed. Hai did say he could do it but would probably be best left up to the HOA. I was able to stay in contact with Tess via text message throughout the whole process. Once my framing was fixed, they had a new door, track, and opener installed, again with short notice. I'm very happy with the quality

Simply put, This is the only company I would call for garage door service or replacement.
3 months ago, they replaced the spring on my parents door. Only had one spring and it broke. They came the same day and replaced it with Two springs. The owner Tess was so helpful and she gave us more peace of mind by explaining how two springs would prevent a catastrophic injury if one spring failed.
Anyways, yesterday the motor gave out. She came to the house today for a free consultation and spent a good 30 mins with me and my dad. She easily could have sold me on an expensive repair and or replacement

I was referred to HT Garage Door by a family member because I wasn't sure what I needed, definitely a opener but maybe also a new door. I'll start by saying HT did an amazing job! Not only does it look great but it was well designed, planned and built. It is super quite and even has Wifi. I have friends who have new openers and doors which sound super loud and annoying.

Was referred by my brother who had his garage door installed by this man. So I called Mr. Hai and he responded in mere moments after I left a message. I gave him a brief overview of what had occurred with my garage and he went ahead and gave me a quote over the phone. After the call, he arrived within 30 minutes and went straight to work. Mr. Hai was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my garage in a timely manner and was very professional as he worked. He tested the units and made sure all was functional. I can't comment on the garage repair service, but only on the customer service.
My garage door was starting to sag in the middle and I wanted to try to get it fixed asap before it causes more issues.
I called HT Garage on Saturday around 3pm for a quote, but no one picked up. A lady calls me back and asks me to text her because she was not in the office. weird but okay I'll text.
She confirmed that they can come out Sunday morning to fix it, perfect. I get a text Sunday morning stating that their technician can't make it out today and if tomorrow will work.
