I would never use this company again. They came and gave me a quote last August to repair the roof, he said two weeks, I called a month later as I hadn’t heard from them and they were behind because of rain, we were in a drought, they said 4 weeks. A month later I called again and they were still behind, they said 6 weeks, after Thanksgiving. Obviously they never wanted to repair the roof and just kept me hanging on, it’s more lucrative to replace than repair. If I could of given them 0 stars I would have.

I recently moved into my house and had Summit replace the moss covered roof that had existed. They were friendly and responsive and extremely knowledgeable of the options I could choose and helped me pick the proper color. They booked me out about a week and the job was completed in under 2 days and it looks a million times better! I highly recommend this company for your next roof!

We are very pleased with our new metal roof. Cost, timing and results were excellent. In comparing our experience to those who hired other companies we came out on top. I know of 2 other families who had metal roofs installed by Summit at about the same time and they were also very pleased. We would highly recommend Summit Exteriors.

Worth the INVESTMENT! My family was really surprised when looking into getting a new roof and finding out it would be nearly $15k. We initially wanted a metal roof and shopped around for companies and realized most roofers only nail in the metal on top of your current asphalt roof. With our concerns of the wood under the asphalt being compromised we knew that replacing the asphault would be the better option because they would be able to fix any structural defects.

Prior to Summit we tried 2 other people and both had excuses and reasons to delay the start of the job. After almost 2 months of waiting we called Summit Exteriors. Jason came out on a Saturday, gave quote with realistic time frame to start and finish based on other jobs he had. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend Summit Exteriors.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work, and the care the workers took in protecting our property. Jason had given us a quote for the job, and once he started, found that there were two layers of shingles on our roof which required more time and labor to get the job done. However, he kept to his promise of the quote and his company assumed the cost of the added labor. I found this to very refreshing and very honorable. It showed great integrity to stand by his word, and a quality businessman. Through the whole process we were battling weather and the possibility of the first snow, however
