Satisfied in choosing Value Moving for my move. They moved everything, quickly and with great care and the entire process from booking to the actual move could not have been easier. Quote was based on how much stuff you have and the distance/amount of stairs, not hourly. Which was way better for me.

The guy quoted me and I simply told him I was waiting on a finalized move in date so I can accurately give the proper information the guy literally started being pushy and rude and extremely disrespectful. He started telling me qoute "we don't need your money" over and over again also from time to time stating " we don't need you or your money but if you want to lock this deal in we need 700 for a hold" why would I work with a company who doesn't have respect for me over the phone why would I expect them to respect my personal belongings let only trust them to

The three guys that helped me move were great. It was my first time using movers so I was afraid it would cost too much for mediocre services, but the movers went beyond my expectations. They wrapped all my furnitures and moved my fridge with no complaints. Also, they did a great job disassembling and assembling my bed frame. They only charged me for the time they worked, which is great when you're on a budget. Overall, I was happy with their services and will consider using them again.

We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house. I asked for a quote and got a response fairly quickly! Ethan was more than helpful in answering my questions before I booked my movers with them. It's my first time actually moving with everything we own. In my head, I was expecting 3 hours. As they started preparing to move our things, reality kicked in and that wasn't the case. Don't get me wrong. That's not even a con for what they do. Once they get started, you'll be surprised how much work they do to protect your valuables. They fully protected

Value Moving is the best company. I contacted them last minute and Ethan was able to accommodate us and responded to our request super fast. They are very fast and very efficient. We had an adjustable bed, king size mattress, tv stand, 65 inch tv, huge sofa, kitchen table, and 11 extra large boxes. All of this was on the 2nd floor and they were able to hoist my huge sofa down so quickly.
Vlad, Alex, and Nick wasted no time and they were so fast. They bubble wrapped everything and put blankets all over our furniture. Nothing was broken and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Book them today

They got the job done but definitely milked the time. Luckily we didn't go over the three hour minimum, but the movers cut it really close so we were worried they would try to charge for more time. They said they were "loading the truck" when my husband caught them hanging out. As soon as they saw him they tried to look busy. They spoke Russian and when asked if they spoke English they looked at each other then responded yes. Only one of the 3 guys spoke English- which is not a problem, but they just weren't very friendly.

Exceptional customer service. Starting with our quote estimate over the phone with Ethan, ending with our last personal conversation with Vlad, who was making sure I was satisfied with their moving crew. They have :
1) Resemble my huge bed and cupboard
2) Provided free packing material
3) Came with the modern and super clean truck
4) Estimated the exact amount I was charged by the end of my move
5) Managed to move everything from 5th floor with no elevator help!! (I moved from an old building in Korea Town)

It has been a pleasure working with this company. Alex and Vlad were responsive to my needs. Were able to quickly pack and move within a set time frame. All three movers respected our items and made sure things were secure and even avoided scratching up our newly painted home. There were even able to figure out how to gently move our extra large fridge and upright piano safely. I highly recommend them.

Moving based on the good reviews, and we are very happy with their service. They professionally wrapped and blanketed all our things, so nothing was damaged. They had wardrobe boxes to pack all of our hanging clothes as well. Our household looked like a tetris game in their truck! They were very quick and efficient, no complaints at all. Great movers for a great price. I moved from koreatown to downtown, and getting the stuff down was challenging to say the least. These guys took everything down the multiple stairs with utmost care and attention. One of their movers looks like a crazy bodybuilder, he took some really heavy things just by himself! I am amazed at how well everything they do and how their business is organized.
Another note is I had a really pleasant experience communicating with Ethan, he provides very good customer service. I called and texted other moving companies, and got only brief and not informative

This moving company did a perfect job on our move. We moved from Valley to Playa del Rey and the process was smooth as butter. I spoke to Ethan, he set up everything promptly, even though our move date was very close. Vlad and his coworkers showed up on time, packed and wrapped everything very carefully, and loaded us up. They wasted no time, got us there and unloaded promptly. The whole move took less time then we thought, these guys are professionals. I will recommend their service to all my friends. Thanks!
