Ostrander has made 3 attempts to fix a roof leak to no avail. I questioned the approach on the third attempt after another contractor said it was being done incorrectly. The owner never responded and continued the work. When I called after the roof leaked again, the guy who came out said something else was wrong and quoted me another thousand dollars. This company does not guarantee their work and doesn’t seem to care if a job is done correctly.

Had a bad roof leak and called them needing someone to come out ASAP and take a look and give me a price. Gentleman that answered the phone said he would check with field people and could probably have someone out within a couple of hours and would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours went by and I had to call them back. I was told "we can come out and repair it but you will be charged for two trips". I said to her "well I was told you give free estimates" and she said "yes we do, is that what you want?" and I told her that is what I told the guy before. She said "ok the earliest would be two days later

They are very good communicators and always arrive on time and do the work when they say they will. Their financing is not that great but probably not meant for customers like me. Finance through your bank or credit union if you have a chance to. They have repaired a couple of roofs for me two different houses). They have fixed and capped gutters.
I can say this: work with Rochelle. If you talk to anyone else it may or may not work out. But Rochelle is amazing and the other people try to fill-in for her but can’t.
