Service and timing were fine given short staff but waiting in the fiat room was not great. One of the employees was making me very uncomfortable, wouldn’t stop talking to me or taking the very clear hint that I didn’t want to talk. He even tried to ask to take me up north with him. I am a young woman and this was a middle aged man. I am hesitant to take my fiat here to get serviced anymore because this is not the fist time this man has harassed me in the waiting room. And I don’t think it’s just me either. This man will go on about drag racing to anyone who will listen and show them videos

I had the best car buying experience I have every had. I was buying a car for my daughter who is a teacher. The entire team did the absolute best they could to get her in a safe, dependable car within her price range. Shane was outstanding during every step of the process. I traded in my Fiat 500e for a brand new 2021 Fiat 500x and let just say Shane , Chris, Garrett really hooked me up they were so nice and made sure taken care of. Here’s a tip, once you start working on a deal they immediately push for you to write a good review on Google and they ask to see it. This is my first time buying a vehicle outside my normal dealership. When you buy a used car they don’t fill up your tank. I was told they only do this for new vehicles. And no free gifts. I was given a promise to fix contract and only 1 thing has been fixed. When I tried calling them back 4times to get an estimate date on my part they said they don’t have a Mark that works there and they don’t know who my sales man was or the manager that
