My father and I were going there to buy a work truck we show up and are greeted by a seemly nice person then there is this tall guy who became obliged at with us after asking why the door locks were backwards he then said the truck was not for you... my father owned the same truck in 2006 and he did not want to take ownership of the problem so we put the keys up on the dash board and the guy said don't do that also the passenger door was stuck and did not want to take fault and then he yelled at us to get off the property so we were trying to buy a truck and we get trespassed by a guy who

Could possibly be the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Was interested in a car, offered full price. Did not only not get a call back, but they could have sold me on 3 other cars on the lot. Called them back twice before I gave up. Terrible customer service, will not try again. Spent over $6000 somewhere else, thanks for nothing…

A lot of these reviews that are five stars look pretty fake but that isn't my reason for the one star review. The reason why I am rating this one star is because of the car they sold me. I bought a Manual 2010 Chevy Aveo from here in July. Boy the amount of problems I have faced since then have been awful. Their mechanic is probably the worst because the car wasn't even fixed completely when they sold it to me. They said all it needed was an engine sensor and the check engine light would turn off. Well after that was done it didn't go away and all of a sudden the upper radiator hose was slashed

The guys are incredibly friendly! The vehicles I looked at were nice and clean. They had many different options that best suited my interest. Couldn't have picked a better place to go. Thank you again guys! I love my Chevy Silverado!

I would highly recommend going to Boise Auto Sales if you are ever looking for a new used car. I went here after i had been in an accident and needed to find a new one. After a while I experienced some issues with the car and went back to ask them about it and they were more than willing to help me. "Papa John" and the owner Tim were very helpful and encouraging and are very reliable guys for your next used car. I would highly recommend this place for all future purchases.

They do not care about their customers the way that they claim! They really are all about the money. They sold us a truck with a transmission problem. They covered it up by swapping the fluids and then sold it to us as quick as they could, promising that it was in great condition with absolutely no issues. TWO WEEKS LATER, we find out that the transmission needs to be rebuilt, costing us $4200!! We can't afford this after already paying 8k for the truck, so now we are paying monthly for a giant paper weight AND THEY COULDN

This is by far the most amazing experience I've ever had car shopping (and I've been three times just in the last year).
The owner is incredible, so friendly, not pushy AT ALL and truly cared about me finding something that was safe and reliable. Not only did he give me an incredible deal (my dad is a car salesman so we I know a deal when we see one), but he was so honest, considerate, and kind throughout the entire ordeal that I wanted to buy two cars! Lol
Two weeks later and the car still runs perfectly, no surprise issues or malfunctions whatsoever.

The owner, Don, went above and beyond to help me finance my car. He's a nice family man. They had a great selection of vehicles in my price range. I originally had given them 5 stars, but now that i've driven my car for a few months I can see how they blatantly lied to me about specific things that I asked about. I've been a salesman and have fallen into those traps, so i guess that's karma. I wouldn't discourage people from going there, I'd say just be aware that it is a used car dealership and you get everything that comes with it so do your due diligence.
