Wow! My experience with the Service Department was horrible. I am traveling on a long distance trip and my AC went out so I took my Elantra to this dealership. The frontline desk lady was much more interested in scolding me about not having an appointment versus figuring out how find a solution to assist. Amazing how one encounter can have such a damaging impact.

Jeff spent all of the necessary time with my parents ensuring that they had all of the information and the best rate per qualifications, with no questions left unanswered. Grant and Jeff and rest of staff took EXCELLENT care of Mom and Dad and made a usually stressful experience...delightful!! The way this place runs their business is highly questionable. They will tell you a car is unspoken for (that hasn't come in yet), you give all your info for them to call you the minute it hits their lot- never get the call & come to find out they have already sold that car... And they blame it every one of their coworkers. Don't hold your breath when this company says they want to work with you and promise you something. Very unprofessional. Believe the bad reviews.

Kelly was an incredible person to work with in the car buying process. Very personable and not pushy at all. Showed me only the cars I wanted and didn’t try to force me to buy anything else. Steve was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They stayed open late on a Friday night to help me get the perfect car for me. I had a great experience at Bronco Motors!

You ought to take your business over to autometric or over to Boise Auto group stay away from bronco motors I'll test driving one of their vehicles I had the check engine light come on and there was also a strange rattling usually this would not bother me if this was a smaller lot so I don't find it acceptable for such a big business with multiple branches and locations to not mind their P's and Q's and put something out on the lot to be test driven especially when they have the availability to put all cars through the proper checks and balances and before someone comes in and says oh well a minor

Bought my car from them a few years back. I have not had a great experience since. I love my car but the warranty department sucks. Any time I had to bring my vehicle in I would be told it would be done by the end of the day. (This was never true). They would keep my car for days leaving me without a vehicle. I have felt with that for a long time without writing a review, but today takes the cake. I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation a month ago for today. I got really busy at work and was 20 minutes late and they refused to work on my car. I'm pretty disappointed.

I believe we got a good car at a fair price & from good, trustworthy people. I can't say enough about Connors patience in helping us find just the right car. I have had 7 Hyudais so obviously I have had a good history with Bronco Motors. However, the tail light went out on my newer Sonata and I have been trying to get it fixed before I get a ticket. One might ask why I don't replace the light, well it appears that they are LED lights and the whole assembly must be replaced ($557.95 + labor). It has been a month that the part has been on back order. They make me weekly appointments and come in to be told the part didn't come in. This week they actually said there was only one tail light in the country last week and someone else got it

This dealership has been so great to over-night parts and really work hard on getting us back to a safe/working vehicle! First of all you sold my boyfriend and I a car that has an ongoing issue to where the "extended warranty" that we paid for does not cover the well documented issue of the fuel sensors on the Santa Fe. Leaving us paying hundreds of dollars to get this issue resolved so that it can pass a emissions/smog test. When I called your customer service department without giving them any information they knew exactly what make and model the car was based on this issue I described. Second of all, you're over priced and you try to act like you

Aside from Sonia Childers in the service department doing everything she could to "help" me, the customer service was terrible. 3 of the 4 door handles on my sonata have broken off, simply by opening the doors. The only one left is my driver door, which is the door I use the most. They are very poorly manufactured, and Bronco Motors wants me to pay $200+ for each one to be fixed! Totaling $600 until the other one breaks! I'm still under my 10 year 100K miles, and I feel it should be a warranty issue! It's just ridiculous! I have 2 young children! How are they supposed

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis this past Saturday and it could not have been a better experience.
The car is beyond my expectations, but the service and professional of the Bronco Motors staff was a breath of fresh air.
Everyone from Scott the GM to the young man who was detailing the car was friendly and helpful. A gentleman named Casey spent almost 2 hours showing me how to use the various electronics packages.
Well done Bronco Motors, I will definitely buy another car from you.
