It was a great experience, they help me getting the car I wanted and were so nice and straightforward. Not trying to sell me extra stuff I didn’t need and try their best to get me the best rate!!! I bought a 2008 BMW328i from El Vista Auto back in October 2020 and its great they were very helpful they let me take a 2011BMW 328i and drive it not just test drive they let me take it and run my errands and whatever I had to do . I brought it back and saw the 2008 let me take it and drive it the rest of the day told me I could go where ever I wanted just be back by 7:00pm the time they closed. I bought the 2008 and it's been great . Great customer service. And awesome car. I highly recommend El Vista Auto

Before coming here I went to around ten other dealerships and was treated like I either didn't know what I wanted or just ignored by staff due to looking so young. By the time I went to El Vista I was done and not willing to put up with any games. They happened to have an older Camry that was exactly what I was looking for. I was able negotiate a better price, they ordered to detail it for free (didn't care for that) and it passed the independent inspection from my mechanic. If you are a young female go to this lot first, they won't try to up sell you, ignore you, or talk down to you.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from them. Luis was helpful in picking out a car in my budget.
I drove it around for less than a month when it started running rough. Took it into Ford and found out it was leaking coolant into the engine block. They told me it would be $7500 to get it a new engine. El Vista took it and got me an engine with half the miles of the original for only $1100 and even gave me a loaner car until they replaced the engine. This was even after I turned down their supplemental coverage when I bought the car.

I know everyone has their own experiences & opinions but my experience with them was great! I wasn't able to get to any dealership right away & they were the only ones willing to work with me over the phone! Once they told me all my info cleared & asked when I could get these to see what they had for me, I wasn't able to get there until almost closing time. They stayed over to work with me & I got into something I love! Once I informed them my friend got her car there 2 years earlier & referred me. She got a referral check. ☺ They provided me with excellent customer service!

Went to buy a 2011 Dodge 1500 truck off lot. Went inside and waited ten minutes for someone to help. Gave my drivers license to the agent, to copy. She loses it. Then the finance department tells me to leave and get bank statements. Worse sales people in Modesto. I went to Five Star, and got treated with respect. The agent pulled my bank statement from online. Simple right.

For a first time car buyer with no credit they really found a way to work with me! They told me the bank approved me for a certain car (could have been bull) but considering my boyfriend and I work only part time with 2 children we needed monthly payments under $300 they found us a great car with LOW milage in our budget! PLUS ironically it was the car my boyfriend fell in love with in the beginning of our car search...so it worked out in everyone's favor in the end. The wheel alignment was off when I purchased it I brought the problem to their attention and it was fixed right away! Will be buying
